Hababag, Commissioner, CBD, Integrated Bar of the Philippines Your Honors, I, Judge Florentino V. Floro, Jr., complainant, respectfully moves for reconsideration of the Board of Governors October 8, 2010 Resolution No. XIX-2010-539 & the October 16, 2009 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION of Com. Salvador B. Hababag, which undersigned received via reg. mail on December 23, 2010, pursuant to the Rules of Court and jurisprudence of the S.C. dated July 31, 2006 in Adm. Case No. 7055, Noriel J. Ramientas v. Atty. Jocelyn P. Reyela, based on the following grounds and submissions, and states, that: The Board of Governors and Com. Salvador B. Hababag, not only committed grave abuse of discretion, professional indiscretion, aside from being guilty of gross ignorance of the law, bad faith, malice and burying the truth in the guise of legal technicalities, wrote an absurd ResolutionReport and Recommendation based on half truths, lies and blindness, or willful disregard of the light which is truth. The signed Resolution puts these persons in total darkness, forever. Undersigned points to specific parts of the Resolution and ReportRecommendation, thusly: the dispositive portion of the void Resolution and pars. 5-9, page 4, including all paragraphs of page 5 and the fallo of page 7 these are lies, these are marks of evil, tantamount to total darkness due to creation of truth as prostitute, or as the Catholic Church teaches, these are 666 marks of the serpent. The voluminous documents and evidence submitted by complainant to take off the license of respondent Nye Orquillas was thrown in Hades or Hell by the Commissioner and then eaten as virtual truth by the Void Resolution.
