PSA P.GIO-PXE Drilling Programme
17.2.15 Volume requirements should be carried out using an average ID from a caliper of 10% joints. Ensure
that the casing joints are calipered from both the pin and box end.
17.2.16 Drift 100% of casing joints on rack prior to picking up.
17.2.17 Cement and water samples should be sent to T3 in sufficient time to carry out relevant testing and
establish a final cement recipe.
17.2.18 Ensure that the pits have been cleaned and prepared for mix water and spacers while running 9 5/8”
casing.
17.2.19 Ensure water bushing and fill and circulate tool are available.
17.2.20 Mud pump efficiency tests to have been performed off critical path.
17.3 FOCUS POINTS FOR SECTION
* Obtaining a good plug bump to enable the 9 5/8” casing pressure test to be performed immediately
after bump.
+ Pit management & Fluids Handling
‘+ No waste pit at this location — plan for handling contaminated fluids at surface.
‘+ StreamFlo contingency casing slips with split housing and pack off assembly.
‘* Competent cement is required from casing shoe to a minimum of 60m above the Inharrime formation
to act as a barrier against gas migration, if present.
* If Jofane aquifer has not been isolated, plan to include TAM secondary port collar in 9 5/8” casing
string.
