GRANJA-ESCUELA DE VERANO ‘S’AL·LOT VERD’

Grupo 1, 2 y 3 Niños y niñas de entre 3, 4 y 5 años.
Grupo 4 Niños y niñas de 6, 7 y + años.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LAS ACTIVIDADES

Habrá 3 grupos formados por 20 niños y niñas de entre 3 y 5 años y 1 grupo formado por 20 niños y niñas de entre 6 y 8 años ,
con dos monitoras responsables por grupo (un total de 80 niños). Los grupos serán independientes, cada uno tendrá su lugar
específico de llegada y de recogida. La mayoría de actividades se realizarán al aire libre (adaptando los espacios para evitar
largos periodos de exposición solar).

Los objetivos principales de este verano, son que todos los niños y niñas que asistan a Can Musón puedan;

- Disfrutar de la naturaleza, el campo y de los animales.

- Potenciar las tradiciones de la isla de Ibiza y los conocimientos de la vida del campo y la granja.
- Sentir que tiene su espacio para ser felices, correr, jugar, aprender y disfrutar con el grupo de iguales.

A diario habrá:

- Vida granjera: dar de comer a los animales, sembrar y cultivar el huerto, recoger frutas y verduras, recoger huevos de
nuestras gallinas felices, cuidar de las crías, ordeñar a nuestras queridas cabras y aprender a hacer queso (quincenal),
conocer las costumbres de la vida payesa…
- Cocina: taller de pan y pizza (un día por semana). Otros talleres de cocina propios de la temporada.
- Arte, cultura y cuerpo: música, cuenta-cuentos, creatividad, yoga, gimcanas y juegos de agua.
- Excursión a la montaña: Picnic (un día por semana).

Una vez se aproxime la fecha de inicio:

- Se realizará una reunión informativa con los padres durante la segunda quincena de Junio 2022.
- La fecha de la reunión se notificará a través del teléfono de contacto ofrecido durante la reserva de plaza.
- Durante la reunión, se ofrecerán las actividades semanales de cada grupo, la normativa de la granja y del día a día, el
menú mensual, el calendario de festivos y los aspectos a tener en cuenta para prevenir la propagación del covid-19.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LA INSCRIPCIÓN Y EL PROCESO

El orden de preferencia de admisión será el siguiente:

1. Grupo 1; Niños y niñas que han asistido al curso de invierno 2021/2022.
2. Grupo 2; Niños y niñas que quieran asistir a la granja-escuela de verano 2022.

Los pagos deberán abonarse dentro del plazo establecido.

- El desglose de precios se encontrará a continuación.
- El pago inicial para reservar la plaza se descontará del total a abonar.
- El abono de los pagos confirmará la reserva de la plaza.
- No serán reembolsables en caso de no asistir finalmente a la granja-escuela, dejar de asistir en mitad del tiempo
transcurrido o por circunstancias de fuerza mayor.

Los pagos:
1. Se deberá preguntar la disponibilidad a la coordinación de la granja-escuela ANTES de proceder al pago de reserva
de plaza.
2. El pago de la reserva de plaza deberá abonarse por transferencia bancaria una vez recibida la confirmación por parte
de la coordinación de la granja-escuela.
(Banco Santander ES79 0075 6823 1707 0034 6986).
- En el asunto se deberá escribir: Reserva granja-escuela verano + nombre y apellido del niño/a.
- Se deberá enviar el comprobante de pago o captura de la transferencia al +34 690 95 60 75 o a
info@ibizacanmuson.com
- Desde la coordinación de la granja-escuela se contactará con las familias una vez recibido el pago de la reserva, para
confirmar la reserva de la plaza.
3. El pago restante de la/las cuotas, se realizará dentro del plazo establecido, preferiblemente en efectivo, en la oficina
de la Finca Ecológica Can Musón.
4. NO será válido ningún tipo de pago de reserva sin que se haya contactado previamente con la coordinación de la
granja-escuela para comprobar la disponibilidad de plazas y autorizar la reserva.

Plazas disponibles:
- Se tendrán en cuenta el número de plazas disponibles desde el inicio y hasta completarlas.
- En caso de agotarse las plazas, se activará una lista de espera.

La formación de los grupos será únicamente competencia de la coordinación de la granja-escuela s’Al·lot Verd.

CALENDARIO

● Desde el 24 de marzo hasta el 15 de junio de 2022; (según plazas disponibles)

- Reserva de plaza para los meses de julio o agosto, u ambos.

● Del 20 al 30 de junio de 2022;

- Abono del primer pago (60% en caso de venir dos meses – 100% en caso de asistir únicamente un mes).
Se realizará presencialmente en la finca de 9:00 a 14:00hrs.

● Del 20 al 30 de julio de 2022:

- Abono del segundo pago (40% restante).
Se realizará presencialmente en la finca de 9:00 a 14:00hrs.

SUMMER FARM SCHOOL INFORMATION

Group 1,2 & 3 Kids between 3, 4 and 5 years old.
Group 4 Kids6, 7 & + years old.

INFORMATION ON ACTIVITIES

There will be 3 groups made up of 20 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 5, and 1 group made up of 20 boys and girls
between ages of 6 and 8, with two responsible monitors per group (a total of 80 children). The groups will be independent, each
one will have their specific place of arrival and collection. Most of the activities will be carried out outdoors (adapting the spaces
to avoid long periods of sun exposure)

The main objectives of this summer are that all the boys and girls who attend Can Musón can;

- Enjoy nature, the countryside and animals.

- Promote the traditions of the island of Ibiza and the knowledge of the life of the countryside and the farm.
- Feel that they have their space to be happy, run, play, learn and enjoy with the group of equals.

Daily there will be:

- Farming life: feed the animals, plant and garden, gather fruits and vegetables, collect eggs from our happy hens, take
care of the young, milk our beloved goats and learn how to make cheese (fortnightly), learn about the customs of
peasant life...
- Kitchen: bread and pizza workshop (one day a week). Another cooking workshops typical of the season.
- Art, culture and body: music, storytelling, creativity, yoga, gymkhanas and water games.
- Excursion to the mountain: Picnic (one day per week).

Once the start date approaches;

- An informative meeting with parents will be held during the second half of June 2022.
- The date of the meeting will be notified through the contact telephone number offered during the reservation of a
place.
- During the meeting, the weekly activities of each group, the farm and day-to-day regulations, the monthly menu, the
calendar of holidays and the aspects to be taken into account to prevent the spread of covid-19 will be offered.

INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION AND THE PROCESS

The order of preference for admission will be as follows:

1. Group 1; kids who have attended the 2021/2022 winter course.
2. Group 2; kids who want to attend the 2022 summer farm-school.

Payments must be made within the established period.

- The price breakdown will be found below.
- The initial payment to reserve the place will be deducted from the total to be paid.
- The payment of the payments will confirm the reservation of the place.
- They will not be refundable in case of not finally attending the farm-school, stop attending half the time
elapsed or due to circumstances of force majeure.

The payments:
1. Availability should be asked to the coordination of the farm-school BEFORE proceeding with the reservation
payment.
2. The payment of the place reservation must be paid by bank transfer once the confirmation has been received by the
farm-school coordination.

- In the subject you must write: Summer farm-school reservation + name and surname of the child.

- The proof of payment or capture of the transfer must be sent to +34 690 95 60 75 or to info@ibizacanmuson.com

- The coordination of the farm-school will contact the families once the payment of the reservation has been
received, to confirm the reservation of the place.

3. The remaining payment of the installments will be made within the established period, preferably in cash, at the
Can Musón Ecological Estate office.
4. NO type of reservation payment will be valid without first contacting the coordination of the farm-school to check
the availability of places and authorize the reservation.

Places available:
- The number of places available will be taken into account from the beginning and until they are completed.
- In case the places run out, a waiting list will be activated.

The formation of the groups will be solely the responsibility of the s’Al·lot Verd farm-school coordination.

CALENDAR

● From March 24 to June 15, 2022; (according to available places)

- Reservation of place for the months of July or August, or both.

● From June 20 to 30, 2022;

- Payment of the first payment (60% in case of coming two months - 100% in case of attending only one month).
- It will be held in person at the farm from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

● From July 20 to 30, 2022:

- Payment of the second payment (40% remaining).
- It will be held in person at the farm from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
