Grupo de estadstica multivariante y computacional

Constituido por profesores de las Universidades de Barcelona, Politcnica de Catalunya y Pompeu Fabra Principales objetivos cientficos: a) Estudiar el anlisis de la supervivencia pra vectores de tiempos consecutivos. b) Estudiar y comparar tcnicas de representacin multivariant de datos y proponer modelos paramtricos. c) Generalizar ciertas propiedades de matrices a ncleos simtricos. d) Proponer modelos de distribuciones bivariantes que tengan aplicacin en estadstica. e) Simular diseos ptimos de model0s de frmacos y realizar inferencia estadstica mediante remuestreo. f) Aplicar tcnicas de geometria diferencial para estudiar propiedades intrnsecas de modelos estadsticos. g) Contribuir al anlisis discriminante y a la classificacim basada en distancias. h) Construir modelos y herramientas para la integracin de datos dwe alto rendimento generados por la investigacin biomdica. i) Participar en estudios de enfermedades inmunes desde la perspectiva de la biologa de sistemas.
