Publicada prrroga del rgimen transitorio para las Importaciones de Colombia y Per

En la Gaceta Oficial Extraordinaria N 6.046 de fecha 21 de octubre de 2011, fueron publicados los Decretos N 8529 y N 8530, en donde se Reforman los Decretos N 8160 y N 8161, de fecha 18 de abril de 2011 por medio de los cuales se establece de forma transitoria la aplicacin del Arancel de Aduanas, respecto a las importaciones provenientes de Colombia y Per. Ambos Decretos establecen que el lapso de 90 das que se computarn a partir del 23 de abril de 2011 ser prorrogable en dos (02) oportunidades por perodos iguales , hasta tanto entre en vigor el acuerdo internacional mediante el cual se regule la materia prevista en el artculo 8 del Arancel de Aduanas respecto de las importaciones provenientes de las Repblicas de Colombia y Per. Estos Decretos entraron en vigencia a partir de su publicacin en la Gaceta Oficial de la Repblica Bolivariana de Venezuela.

Publication of extension of the transitory regime for imports from Colombia and Peru
Decrees N8529 and N8530 were published in Special Official Gazette N6,046 of October 21, 2011, which reform Decrees N8160 and N8161, of April 18, 2011 establishing the transitory application of the Customs Tariff in relation to the imports from Colombia and Peru. Both Decrees establish that the 90-day term, to be calculated from April 23, 2011, may be extended two (02) times for equal periods, until the international agreement that regulates the subject matter set out in Article 8 of the Customs Tariff, in relation to imports from the Republics of Colombia and Peru, enters into effect. These Decrees entered into effect from publication thereof in Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
