It is the faade that lends an individual personality and charm to every structure. Natural raw materials and natural colours enrich the surroundings, in which the building is located. The vibrant relationship between the warmth emitted by the ceramic tiles and the linearity of the overall system gives an individual character to the object.

CALCULATED AND PRUDENT

ArGeTon combines high tech and ecology, always keeping in mind the economic efficiency.

In the present day markets, it is almost impossible to avoid the use of artificial ingredients. However, ArGeTon faade panels are exclusively made from natural raw materials, which give them a pleasant and natural appearance.

In both new as well as rehabilitated structures the ArGeTon clay tile faade proves to be extremely energy-efficient. It is fireproof and its joint profile prevents lateral displacement of the tiles, penetration of rainwater and rattling of the tiles due to wind.

During the production, the tiles pass through a special calibration unit, which ensures dimensional accuracy. This is absolutely essential for a precise joint grid, which will finally create the overall impression of the faade.

IN STYLE ALWAYS
The aesthetic flavour of the ArGeTon faade remains consistent for years. An ingenious water drainage system prevents contamination. The ceramic colours are durable and remain bright and lively even after being subjected to rough weather conditions. ARCHITECTURAL INSIGHT

We recommend the use of the grey shades of ArGeTon if you have decided for coloured structural elements: The colour of the structural element gets highlighted and the building gives an elegant impression. For example, volcano grey set off against a red window.

Amazing contrasts are possible with bright colours, too. A combination of sand colours with a dark window frame creates an interesting atmosphere, but is not showy.

The colour range, which comprises of 13 shades, reflects the modern nuances of the faade design. Sophisticated firing processes and special shades help create these natural ceramic, anti-corrosive fired colours. In addition to these, other special colours such as engobes or glazes are also available. You have the freedom of choice!

TECHNICAL PRECISION
ArGeTon is internationally well-known as the pioneer of modern production technologies. For example, the distinctive joint grid and the material properties of the tiles ensure perfect flow conditions.

Aluminium substructure with vertical T-carrier rails

Aluminium brackets are fixed in the statically required distance using approved dowels on the existing wall in the horizontal unit spacing. In this regard, attention must be paid to the design of fired and floating points. Vertical aluminium supporting profiles are inserted into the brackets. After aligning the supporting profiles properly, it is fixed using blind rivets or screws. The T-sections are preferably pre-punched in the tile pattern. The ArGeTon tiles are mounted on the substructure free of tension using self-tapping stainles steel screws or aluminium rivets, and held in place at four points with proprietary clips. Aluminium substructure with horizontal carrier rails

The substructure is made up of vertical angular base supporting profiles, which are anchored to the structure with wall brackets. Aluminium horizontal carrier rails are arranged on the base substructure. The distance depends on the grid (with variable heights) of the ArGeTon tiles, which are fastened with special clambs to the horizontal carrier rails.

BARRO THE ARGETON BRICK BAR

The Barro brick bars of ArGeTon can be used as a sun screen, visual screen or simply as a decoration. Thus, they give the faade an elegant appearance and, at the same time, ensure its functionality. Barro is available up to a maximum length of 1,200 mm. Longer pieces can be created by joining individual Barros together.
