Students Perception on Incident Report

I. Introduction

ncident Reports are being applied in St. Paul University loilo to take the
students disciplinary actions regarding on how they follow all the rules and
regulations.
f one does not comply with any of the rules they will be given out an ncident
Report regarding on what rules they violated.
ncident Reports are used for the safety of the students and for them to have
discipline on themselves since they are carrying out the name of the school students
should act on their proper behavior.
This study will be conducted to identify the student's perceptions on ncident
Report.
II. Objectives of the Study
The main objective of this study is to identify the student's perception on ncident
Report.

Specifically, the study aimed to answering the following questions:
1. Determine the profile of the respondents in terms of:
a. College
b. Year level
c. Sex
2. What is the perception of the selected students of St. Paul University
loilo on the ncident report as an entire group and when grouped
according to profile?
III. Respondents
The respondents will be the selected students of College of HRM and TOURSM
of St. Paul University loilo.
