INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS

1. The candidates have to compulsorily submit the filled in form for admission.
2. Payment to be made at the time of admission only, along with the applications. 3. The student would be liable for necessary action as deemed fit by the ACE Engineering Academy for any wrong information filled in the application form. 4. Mere submission of the application would not ensure his / her admission. Candidate would be required to provide his / her educational certificates (Photostat copies) viz. SSC certificate for the proof of age and Proof of ID. 5. The candidates who are admitted in our Institute would be required to follow all rules and regulations of the institute. 6. All applicants are instructed to follow the ACE Engineering Academy website on a regular basis for date of Online Tests and other updates. 7. The study material / Test series question papers will be sent by registered post in three to four installments well before the examination. 8. The study material / Test series question papers will be sent after two weeks on receiving the application form along with the DD for the required fee for postal coaching. 9. The student can contact on phone or through e-mail in case of not receipt of study material within the stipulated time. 10. The academy is not responsible for any delay by the postal or courier authorities in delivering the material to the given postal address. The students are requested to give their correct postal address 11. The academy can use the details of its successful students who have availed the postal coaching / test series / other help for any commercial purpose or for business promotional activities of the academy in future. 12. The contents of the Admission Brochure are subject to change without prior notice.
