SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

BUSINESS AWARENESS My Master thesis (Environmental Management Systems), developed industrial environment (at a cork stoppers company), helped me being a goal orientated person, analyzing and solving problems easily. Working in Brazil allowed me to get in touch with both Environmental and Safety and Health Management Systems and auditing procedures of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 respectively. I can report objectively (oral and written). INITIATIVE & ADAPTABILITY Successful Erasmus studies in Padova (Italy) demonstrate my ability to adapt and thrive in new and different environments. Participation in several engineering competitions, different areas courses (photography, software, languages, Lead auditor) shows my willingness to learn. Occupational Safety and Health Technician course so I can work with HSE systems. Volunteering work as a Scout member and sports school competitions required initiative, dedication and discipline. Driving licence TEAM WORKING & LEADERSHIP Planning and coordination role taken in university environmental engineer students group foundation and management. Class leader during high school, team leader as a scout and children groups tutor. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION Strong presentation skills demonstrated by several working group presentation during engineering master and Eramus period. Training the trainers certificate of professional skills. Im native in Portuguese but studying four languages (English, Italian, Spanish and French) made me understand a bit better the different cultures. I am currently studying Germany.
