INTRODUCTION
The development of a website for the your firm seeks to essentially to serve as the official online source of information about the company. This proposal identifies and explains the various procedures involved in the planning and developmental stages of the website. The elements outlined are subject to review upon request.

OBJECTIVES
1. In its broadest sense, the website will serve as a point of communication between your firm and the global village. 2. The website will also create an avenue for visitors of the site to send enquiries in the form of Emails directly from the website.

DURATION OF PROJECT
The production process will be sectioned into 5 phases. Work will be broken down as follows: Phase 1 Research / Layout Design (1 week) We will design and present mock-up designs for the website and work with you to refine and expand upon the design. Phase 2 - Website Development (1 week) Once the site design concept is approved, the site mark-up will begin. The site will be built using PHP/MySQL, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript, following all web standards. Throughout the development phase, a development URL will be sent to you to be able to track the progress of the development process. Phase 3 Testing (1 week) The site will be tested in all major browsers on Windows, Linux and Mac platforms. At this time, there will also be a final joint review of the site. This phase will not take long, but is critical to ensure a good hand-off and user experience. Phase 4 - Delivery & Launch (1 day) Once the completed site has been approved and final payment received, all files will be moved over to the internet and made live. Phase 5 Training (1 day)

Your personnel shall be trained to use the Content Management System (managing, maintaining and updating site content).
Updates/Re-Design You may at any point in time request for a change in the design or a complete redesign of the website at a reduced rate which would be negotiated upon request.
