Evaluación de los defectos superficiales

Se considerarán defectos no admisibles los superiores a 1 mm² que sean visibles en las siguientes condiciones:
1. Distancia de observación: 70 cm.
2. Posición de la pieza: vertical (condiciones de instalación).
3. Iluminación: luz difusa de lámparas fluorescentes blancas.
4. Tiempo de observación: máximo 20 segundos.

RECOMENDACIONES DE USO

Almacenamiento
Los paneles deben ser controlados en su recepción para poder comunicar, a la
mayor brevedad posible, cualquier incidencia sobre los mismos.
Se debe evitar la exposición del producto a la luz del sol (radiación UV) y de otras
fuentes de calor. Se debe conservar en un lugar ventilado. Es importante utilizar un
sistema de gestión de stocks FIFO para evitar la mezcla de productos con fechas
de producción muy dispares entre sí, lo que unido a la evolución intrínseca de los
recubrimientos, pudiera provocar diferencias visuales entre ellos.
Los rangos recomendados para las condiciones ambientales de almacenamiento y
uso son las siguientes:
Temperatura: 10 ºC - 40 ºC
Humedad: 30% - 70%

Almacenamiento horizontal
Los paneles no se deben colocar directamente sobre el suelo. Siempre que
sea posible, se deben mantener los soportes de almacenamiento que se
suministran con cada paquete y colocarlos todos en la misma posición para
que mantengan una altura uniforme, con el objetivo de garantizar la planitud
y evitar la deformación de los tableros. Para la longitud de 2750 mm se
recomienda un mínimo de 4 soportes, distribuidos uniformemente.
En caso de apilar varios paquetes, hasta un máximo aconsejable de cuatro,
los soportes de los distintos paquetes deben quedar alineados verticalmente
para transferir el peso a los pisos inferiores sin deformar los tableros. Para
proteger la superficie de los tableros es preciso utilizar tableros de protección
inferiores y superiores.

Almacenamiento vertical
Aunque se debe evitar siempre que sea posible, el almacenamiento en vertical se
puede realizar con una cantidad reducida de tableros. Para ello, se deben utilizar
racks con superficie de apoyo para los tableros, de forma que impidan el alabeo de
los mismos, y con una inclinación mínima de 10º.

Manipulación y transporte
En la manipulación manual de los paneles es obligatorio el uso de guantes de
protección y zapatos de seguridad para evitar lesiones. Durante el mecanizado
del tablero, se deben utilizar sistemas de aspiración adecuados y, si es necesario,
mascarillas de protección para evitar la aspiración del polvo generado por el
tablero.
Los tableros no deben ser arrastrados sobre ninguna superficie que pueda
producir el deterioro de cualquiera de sus caras.

RECOMENDACIONES DE USO

Limpieza
Para la limpieza se recomienda el uso de un paño no abrasivo, humedecido con
agua y jabón, y su secado inmediato posterior. En ningún caso se deben utilizar
productos químicos agresivos como: disolventes, alcohol, amoniaco, etc.

Aplicaciones
Las características del producto lo habilitan para ser utilizado como plano de
no trabajo (superficie vertical).
La información recogida en este documento no exime al comprador,

USE RECOMMENDATIONS

Storage
The panels should be checked upon receipt so that any eventual issue can be
communicated as soon as possible. Avoid exposure of the product to sunlight (UV
radiation) and other sources of heat. Store in a ventilated area. Use a FIFO inventory
management system to avoid the mixing of products of very different dates of
production, which, with the slight changes in the qualities of coatings, might lead to
visible differences between them.
The recommended range of environmental conditions of storage and use is as follows:
Temperature: 10°C - 40°C
Humidity: 30% - 70%
The boards should be checked upon receipt so that any eventual issue can be
communicated as soon as possible.

Horizontal storage
The panels must not be placed directly on the ground. Whenever possible, the
storage support media supplied with each pack should be used and placed
in the same position in order to maintain a uniform and level height and
to prevent deformation of the boards. For the length of 2750 mm at least 4
supports should be used distributed uniformly.
When stacking multiple packs, up to a recommended maximum of four, the
supports of different packs must be aligned vertically in order to transfer the
weight to the lower layers without deforming the panels. To protect the surface
of the panels, use upper and lower panels protections.

Vertical storage
Although it should be avoided whenever possible, a limited number of boards may
be stored vertically in racks with a support surface for the panels, so as to prevent
warpage, and a minimum inclination of 10°.

Handling & transport

Avoid at all times the negative impact that moisture may have on the panels
by preserving the integrity of the shrink wrap protective film until final use. If
any previous operations of loading, transport, unloading, etc. have caused the
protective film to deteriorate, the pack should be rewrapped as soon as possible.
Likewise, cut pieces should also be protected from moisture until they can be
edged.
In manual handling of the boards protective gloves and safety shoes must be
worn in order to avoid injury. During machining of the panels, appropriate suction
systems must be used and, if necessary, protective masks to prevent breathing in
of dust generated from the panel.
The panels must not be dragged on any surface that may cause deterioration of
any of their faces.

USE RECOMMENDATIONS

Cleaning
For cleaning, it is recommended to use a nonabrasive cloth moistened with soap
and water and immediate subsequent drying.
Under no circumstances must harsh chemicals be used such as solvents, alcohol,
ammonia, etc.

Applications
The characteristics of the product enable it to be used as non-work surface
(vertical surface).
