Introduction

In the following Training Plan report, corresponding to the Human Resources


administration module, we conducted an interview with Ivanna Saavedra, who
works in the training area of the company Administradora de Fondos de Cesantía
(AFC), the main objective of this interview is to identify the training needs that this
organization currently has.
For this interview we developed a questionnaire of questions focused on the
training that has been conducted to date and based on their answers we identified
the needs that this organization currently has.
Due to the events that have occurred in the world after Covid-19, the training
department of this company indicated us some relevant topics that they have
detected and that they had not considered before the pandemic, such as
teleworking, self-care, stress control, among others.
Based on this information and the new laws that were exceptionally enacted, we
developed a training plan that addressed these new laws, as well as training that
would remain a priority in the world after these events and that also taught us how
to prepare ourselves to work remotely.
In relation to the "San Bernardo crece con" training program of the Municipality of
San Bernardo, we will analyze the competency plan and graph its percentages.

Development 1st part


For the development of this activity we selected the company Administradora de
Fondos de Cesantía (AFC), a private company in charge of managing two funds,
the unemployment fund and the solidarity unemployment fund according to law
19.728.
Its activity is supervised, controlled and supervised by the Superintendency of
Pensions and governed by the compendium of severance insurance regulations.
Since March 2020, and due to the global pandemic that we live in today, AFC has
had to assume a series of modifications and implement new laws, some temporary
and others permanent, to protect the labor source of workers and participate as a
pillar of social security for the country.
This is why in April of this year Law No. 21.227 was enacted to protect the
employment of workers during the pandemic, then in July the Protected Parenting
Law No. 21.247 was enacted to protect parents of children born before 2013.247,
which seeks to protect parents of children born before 2013, then in September the
Law that makes access to unemployment insurance more flexible, corresponding
to Law No. 19.728, was enacted, and the last law enacted was No. 21.269, which
adds new labor rights to domestic workers, incorporating them to the
unemployment insurance as of October 1, 2020.

Training needs
Based on the information gathered from the company, we can define different
training needs such as:
 Align the procedures of the newly enacted laws, their processes and
functions.
 Development of technological tools
 Safety protocols and self-care (covid-19)
Based on the information gathered from the interview with Ivana Saavedra, AFC's
training manager, she indicated the following training needs:
 Self-care and stress management.
 Alignment of new procedures and new laws.
 Improved communication, both upward, downward and horizontal.
 Use and activation of VPNs for teleworking.
 Safety protocols implemented by the company(covid-19)

2.0 Ilustre Municipalidad de San Bernardo Competition Model 2018


The training program "San Bernardo crece con" of the Municipality of San
Bernardo is based on a competency model, as we can see, it focuses on
developing internal training where training and improvement are promoted, thus
developing a culture of internal training where there are tools for comprehensive
training from image to strategy, among others.

We can conclude that the "San Bernardo Crece con todos" training program
contributes enormously to a good working environment, as can be seen in the
graph.However, the other conclusions are not indifferent to the good results of this
diverse set of training that generates a pleasant environment, where the
possibilities for improvement and moving forward with the current times
strengthens the employees in every aspect to be able to have a constant
improvement as an improvement. It is important to meet all the objectives that are
raised, where you can develop their skills without any problem to avoid future
conflicts within the same, as it contributes to increased productivity, so each
trained worker is essential within an organization.

Conclusions
It has been presented in the following Training Plan report, in the context of the
Human Resources Management module, where we conducted an investigation of
the training needs in the AFC and then an interview with the person in charge of
the training department of the company, in order to investigate the training needs
that she currently sees that are present in this organization.
With the information gathered, we made a comparison of the needs that we could
see ourselves versus those that Ivana Saavedra gave us and we devised a training
plan which delivers an improvement both in learning the new laws that currently
workers of this company must know fully, as well as relevant training for staff and
that will help their safety in the pandemic that currently affects us worldwide.
Our proposal is based on the improvement and deepening of these trainings,
since, although some of these have been addressed, these have been at the
company level because they and the world in general were not prepared for these
events.
In our proposal we consider a second stage of training in the case of the new laws
so that the personnel can solve their doubts that may have remained in the first
stage because this training was carried out quickly and the time that the pandemic
would last was not considered in the first instance, so flexibilities and new laws for
unemployment insurance have been implemented.
We also addressed the training plan of the safety protocols and use of personal
protection elements implemented by the company and we took it to a plan currently
being taught by the ACHS and addresses safety and self-care in general for all
people in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Regarding the analysis of the training program of the Municipality of San Bernardo,
we can say that we fulfilled the objective of analyzing and defining the type of
competency model on which the program is based and we were able to draw our
conclusions where we defined that the program has a vital importance on the work
environment of the company.
