SUPERVISORY EDUCATION PROJECT (PES)

1. RATIONALE

When we refer to the supervisory education project (PES) we mean the visits of the level
director to the classes of his level. This supervision can also be performed by the department
head.
This is especially based on our Institutional Educational Project (2014). According to it, the
management team is responsible for supervising the implementation of the educational
project in institutional life, facilitating communication between the different subsystems of the
system formed by the school: (the observation of the manager to the teacher in the classroom
would favor communication between them, since such observation is accompanied by a
subsequent dialogue between both about the educational project and its implementation).
(observation of the teacher in the classroom would favor communication between the two
because such observation is accompanied by a subsequent dialogue between the two about
the class), monitoring of planning (through observation, the implementation of classroom
planning is monitored).

2. OBJECTIVES

 Supervise the implementation of the institutional educational project in the

classroom.
 Encourage communication with the observed teacher through the dialogue
that will emerge from the observation.
 Improve teaching practices through suggestions made to the observed teacher.

3. RESPONSIBLE
Driving equipment. It may also be the department head.

4. STRATEGIES
The supervision strategies are the observation through the corresponding worksheet
and the dialogue with the teacher about the aspects to be improved in his/her
classroom practice.

6. PRIORITIES
Priority is given to the observation of teachers who are in the P4 regime. The
director's visit to the laboratory will also be taken into account in order to supervise
that classes are held in the laboratory in those subjects in which this area is a
fundamental resource. Supervision in these classes will especially include observation
of the proper use of the material.
7. EVALUATION
The supervision project is evaluated at the end of the school year and is carried out by
the management team taking into account all supervised classes. Based on this,
developmental accents are established for the coming year.
8. TIME
4
The entire school year.
