Are all supply chain partners such as foreign manufacturers, consolidators,

shipping lines, airlines, port authorities, trucking operators and customs brokers
considered?

Are questionnaires sent to current and prospective business partners to

determine if they are C-TPAT certified or comply with C-TPAT requirements?
