Sales Director (UK), Sales Director (Germany)

Due to unprecedented growth in both the UK and Germany (DACH) we are currently interested in talking to Sales Directors who have a track record of engaging with the C-Suite to advise on business process improvement. Both roles can be performed from a home-office. The opportunities are; Advisory Sales Director - UK Responsible for contributing to the firms growth via development of new client relationships primarily with companies that have greater than $1 billion in annual revenue. Responsible for prospecting and establishing new client relationships with Hacketts Advisory Membership Programs targeted at C-level executives. Also responsible for establishing effective communication channels with internal resources and service-delivery personnel as well as external executives to ensure the preservation of the value of the Firms intellectual property. Sales Director - Germany (DACH) Responsible for the development of new client relationships (primarily with companies that have greater than $1 billion in annual revenue). Responsible for establishing effective communication channels with internal resources across our various practices and service-delivery personnel. Responsible for developing new client relationships in a predefined territory (DACH) as well as designated named accounts, selling the firms services with the goal of maximizing revenues. As the primary focus of the Sales Director (DACH) will be the German-speaking region, fluency in German is essential, and knowledge of the German market highly desirable. Both Roles require the following; A demonstrated track record of selling to C-level executives in large, diversified, global accounts, with skills ranging from identifying new opportunities to prospecting to closing

Strong telephone presence and prospecting skills and discipline to successfully manage a sales funnel with a goal of opening as many new accounts as possible at the highest price point A solid understanding of business processes, how they function, and key issues and challenges within back office functions (such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement and Information Technology) A self-starter, goal-oriented and able to work with a high degree of autonomy Strong client-management skills Ability to work effectively with other members of the Firms sales and delivery teams Demonstrated written and oral communication skills Creative hunting and prospecting skills and a disciplined process for opening new accounts and finding new buying centers
