The Average Sales Price in August was $1,561,208, up 56.1% from $999,974 in August of 2010 and up 26.9% from $1,230,306 last month. August 2011 ASP was at the highest level compared to August of 2010 and 2009.

August Property sales were 12, down 36.8% from 19 in August of 2010 and 33.3% lower than the 18 sales last month. August 2011 sales were at their lowest level compared to August of 2010 and 2009. August YTD sales of 145 are running 18.9% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 122.
