Screened separable connectors for XLPE insulated cables CSE-A, CSS-A, 1224 kV

Application areas Premolded screened separable connectors for XLPE insulated 1- or 3-core cables with aluminum or copper conductors for 1224 kV. CSE-A 12250, 24250 and CSS-A 12250, 24250 fit standard bushings of the external cone type according to EN 50181, 200 series 250 A, plug-in 7.9 mm. CSE-A 12400, 24400 fit standard bushings of the external cone type according to EN 50181, 400 series 400 A, plug-in 14 mm. CSE-A 12630, 24630 fit standard bushings of the external cone type according to EN 50181, 400 series 630 A, M16 bolt. Can be installed both indoors and outdoors. Standard Fulfil the requirements of CENELEC, HD 629.1 S2 Design CSE-A och CSS-A are manufactured in rubber with three layers; a conductive inner layer, an insulation layer and a conductive outer layer, that are vulcanized together for the best possible interface between the layers. The cable connectors include both a capacitive test point with protection and an integrated earthing wire. Fulfil the requirements for being touch-proof. May be installed indoors as well as outdoors. To be delivered in 3-phase kits, complete with cable lugs, screw connection and stress grading adapter, designed to ensure a reliable installation. For 3-core cables, a screen separation kit can be ordered separately. The new products replace CSE-A replaces SOC and also SOC TP CSS-A replaces SOC STP
