The use of excellent design can mean the success of a new product. Good project management, an appropriate design speci cation, meeting cost and delivery targets and creating an attractive product that is a delight to use is all down to applying the right design skills. As part of the annual Cardiff Design Festival this event is a celebration of excellence in Welsh design. Case studies presentations by leading Welsh designers will show how design has delivered successful products for Welsh manufacturers and will demonstrate how good design can and does make a difference to the success of a product. Presentations by leading Welsh design practitioners and manufacturers will showcase work they have done with clients with the support of Business Innovation - Design and will include details of how Business Innovation - Design, part of the Welsh Government Business Innovation programme, can provide expert support and nance.
