REQUISITOS PARA LAS ONGD ASOCIACIONES Y FUNDACIONES INCORPORADAS

1. Presentar solicitud dirigida al SECRETARIA DE ESTADO EN LOS DESPACHOS DE GOBERNACION, JUSTICIA Y

DESCENTRALIZACION a través de la Secretaría General, por medio de apoderado legal, acompañando
timbre por el valor de L. 10.00.

2. Carta Poder a favor del apoderado legal, debiéndose autenticar por Notario Público la firma del mandante,
en donde se exprese con claridad las generales del profesional del derecho y las facultades con las cuales
lo inviste, incluyendo la dirección y número de teléfono de donde despache sus asuntos profesionales. - Esta
Carta Poder deberá ser otorgada por el representante en Honduras bien puede ser hondureño o extranjero
con residencia legal en el país de la organización extranjera.

Acompañar el documento extendido en su país de origen que acredite su Personalidad Jurídica.

4. Acreditar que la ONGD internacional está legalmente autorizada para operar en su país de origen, mediante
certificación extendida por la oficina respectiva.

Presentar dos copias de sus Estatutos, debidamente certificados por Notario Público.

Presentar un CD que contenga sus Estatutos (compatible con el ambiente Windows).

7. Acompañar Certificación extendida por autoridad competente del país de origen, del nombramiento de los
miembros del órgano de gobierno, de acuerdo a sus Estatutos.

Presentar el estado financiero del año en curso y de su patrimonio, auditado o emitido por un Contador Publico Colegiado.

9. Acreditar el nombramiento de su representante legal en Honduras, el cual puede ser nacional o

extranjero residente.

Todos los documentos exigidos, deberán presentarse debidamente legalizados o apostillados por el Estado
de origen, con la traducción oficial, cuando se presenten en otro idioma distinto al español; cuando se
presenten copias, éstas deberán ser autenticadas.

ARTÍCULO 8 DE LA LEY DE ONGD RELACIONADO CON LOS ARTÍCULOS 10,11 Y DEMÁS APLICABLES
DEL REGLAMENTO DE ONGD.
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS ASSOCIATIONS AND FOUNDATIONS
INCORPORATED

1. Submit a request addressed to the SECRETARY OF STATE IN THE OFFICES OF GOVERNMENT, JUSTICE AND
DECENTRALIZATION through the General Secretariat, by means of a legal representative, accompanying the
stamp for the value of L. 10.00.

2. Power of Attorney in favor of the legal representative, having to authenticate by a Notary the signature of the
principal, where the generals of the legal professional and the faculties with which he invests it are
clearly expressed, including the address and telephone number of where he is sent his professional matters.
This Power of Attorney must be granted by the representative in Honduras, whether Hondurans or
foreigners with legal residence in the country of the foreign organization.

Accompany the extended document in your country of origin that proves your legal personality.

4. Prove that the international NGDO is legally authorized to operate in its country of origin, through
certification extended by the respective office.

Submit two copies of its Statutes, duly certified.

Present a CD that contains your Statutes (compatible with the Windows environment).

7. Accompany Certification issued by the competent authority of the country of origin, of the appointment of
the members of the governing body, in accordance with its Statutes.

Present the financial status of the current year and its assets.

9. Prove the appointment of their legal representative in Honduras, which may be a resident national or

foreigner. All required documents must be duly legalized or apostilled by the State of origin, with the official

translation,
when presented in a language other than Spanish; When copies are submitted, they must be authenticated.

ARTICLE 8 OF THE NGDO LAW RELATED TO ARTICLES 10, 11 AND OTHER APPLICABLE OF THE
NGDO REGULATIONS.
