A Painful Case Dialogo
Sr. Duffy tenía bigote, vivía en una casa vieja y oscura, el material de escritura estaba siempre
sobre el escritorio, pasaba las tardes al piano en su casa o paseando por las afueras de la ciudad.
Mrs. Sinico Marido a menudo estaba fuera
-Narrador: El Sr. James Duffy vivía en chapelized, vivía en una casa vieja y oscura, su material de
escritura estaba siempre en el escritorio
-Mrs. Duffy: No me gustan los suburbios de dublin, deseo vivir lo más lejos posible de la ciudad,

UN CASO DOLOROSO
-Narrador: Sentado allí, repasando su vida con ella, se dio cuenta de que estaba muerta, que se
había convertido en un recuerdo.
-Narrator: Mr. James Duffy lived in chapelized, he lived in a dark, old house,your writing materials
were always on the desk
-Sr. Duffy: I don't like the suburbs of dublin, I wish to live as far as possible from the city
-Narrator: One evening, Mr. Duffy found himself sitting at a concert, suddenly realized that he had
met her again, her name was Mrs. sinico
-Mr. Duffy: This is the third time we have met, would you like a date?
-Narrator: they met always in the evenings, little by little, his thoughts mixed with hers.

party
-Sr. Duffy: i felt out of place among a crowd of workmen and i stoped attending
-Sr. Duffy: no social revolution is likely to hit Dublin for some centuries.
-Mrs: Sinico: the books look interesting, in fact I have been wanting to tell you something for a
long time; it is very nice to spend time with you
-Narrator: Mr duffy did not visit her for a week; then he wrote to her asking her to meet him
(he said a quick goodbye to her) (A few days later, he recieved a parcel containing his books and
music)
A PAINTFUL CASE
-Mrs. Sinico: Evidently I had been unfit to live, without any strength of
purpose, But to sink so low!
(Mr. Duffy put on his overcoat and hat quickly, and went out) ( he came to the bar at chapelizod
Bridge)
(bartender pours)
Narrator: As he sat ther, living over his life with her, he realez she was ead, that she had become a
memory
-Mr. Duffy: I can't feel her near me in the dark, I feel lonely again.
