¿Por qué no tomar mejor cafeína? La cafeína del café, el té o el guaraná no nos
proporciona energía. Estas sustancias únicamente nos estimulan; excitan la
producción de adrenalina, lo que no deja de ser un estrés físico y mental para
nuestro cuerpo. Y lo mismo sucede con la Rhodiola o el ginseng. Este estrés,
sostenido en el tiempo, desequilibra nuestras hormonas, pudiendo derivar en
estrés crónico.
