Objective
To present general information about Family Gathering 2011.

Participant
All employees have to bring their own BINUSIAN cardFlazz. Family members (Spouse and children) that registered to participate in Family Gathering is based on the Family members data that registered in HRIS. Employee who are not able to come to The Family Gathering 2011 should fill up the form (attached), give valid reasons and get permission from the supervisor and Business Unit / Directorate Leader. All participant have to wear T-Shirt that will provided by committee. Please bring the equipment :
Cap/hat/umbrella/jacket/etc. Cloth for spare, because there are water games

Event Location
Taman Bangunan Air Terjun also called as Taman Palem BAT, located inside of Mekarsari.

1. Please use the Jagorawi highway route 2. Exit @ Cibubur gate 3. Find Mekarsari at your right side (+ 13 km or 30 minutes from Cibubur gate)

Transportation
(By Bus Provided by Committee)
Bus will stand by in each pool on 06.00 AM.
Kampus Anggrek will moved to BINUS Square Kampus JWC BINUS International School Simprug BINUS International School Serpong

Bus will depart from each pool on 06.30 AM. Please remember your Bus Number Participant is not allowed to change bus arrangement For employees child that registered for T-Shirt size SS will not get seat.

Transportation
(By Employees Own Vehicle)
Employees that go to Mekarsari with their own vehicle must arrived at Event Area before 08:30 AM. Main entrance for vehicle is Gerbang Candi Bentar and will be opened until 09:30. After that, the main entrance is moved to Gerbang Tiket.

Children up to 2 years Rp 15.000/person

Parking Ticket
Car Motorcycle Rp 10.000/unit Rp 3.000/unit

Additional Entrance Ticket, Parking ticket, and Toll Fee will be paid by Employee who go to Mekarsari by Own Vehicle and cannot be reimbursed.

Parking Area
Parking Area for Car and Motorcycle is in front of Festival Point Area. To go to the Event Area, there is about 500 m from parking area, Employee can used Shuttle train that provided by Committee (Free of charge).

Shuttle Train
Shuttle Train will stand by on Festival Point. We have 8 units shuttle train that will pick-up the employee to the Event Area.

Will be distributed on Bus and in Mekarsari (Own Vehicle)

Lunch & Snack Sore

Will be distributed directly in Mekarsari with Coupon. Mekarsari provides 4 tents for its distribution

First Aid Kit

First Aid Kit Provided by Committee
The committee provides general medicines needed and stored in each Bus. In Event Area there will be 1 P3K tent, 1 clinic, and 1 Baby corner. There will be a doctor and nurse who stand by at Mekarsari during the event.

If you have special illness (e.g. asthma), please bring your own medicine needed.

Description
Celebration event for employeeslecturers and its family. It will be opened formally by the management. Key games participated by groups (could be defined by BU/Dir or Location or Tent). The participants will be allowed to use the free facilities/games provided by committee and facilities with special price in Mekarsari areas.

Key Event
Stage performance (BINUS Employee Idol 2010 & 2011, Simple Present) Awards (Best Employee Award 2010 & 2011, Long Service Year Award 2011) Games Competition arranged by Mekarsari and Committee Free Facilities will be provided in event area Facilities with special price (please find in file attached)
