Dear Editor in Chief,

Then a scholar asked what is a personal miracle or a public miracle or
public wonder that might cause some deception? The A.I. is puzzled again
because anything that is connected with religion seems always a
controversy; and answered: Example: a good man during his earth’s life is
lifted by a group to be an icon or idol or to have statues that need to be
honored or praised. Or the earthly rewards are statues made for him. Perhaps
the proofs so that an earthly reward should be given to a dead person might
be two or more miracles connected to his grave or belongings or relics. But
the group gave no warning that the icon could be used as an instrument so
that the mind of other people because of the answered prayer connected to
the said relics, icon might deceive the mind because the icon would have
more attractions or wonders or drives than letting the mind or brain study,
learn universal words that mold the brain or mind to be balanced or tolerant
or sensitive to the start of any small disorder. There is more weight given to
the idol than studying, learning the universal words. Perhaps there are
concrete examples that a simple unexplained “thing” could become a
wonder or miracle: a) dews in the eyes might be misinterpreted as tears. b)
Colds or fevers or head ache or stomach ache or even tumor could be
removed by a natural cause but because the disturbed sick person was
panicking and happened to pray to the icon then after a week or month or a
year he was healed. He already attributed the healing to the icon. And people
upon hearing the news now give praise and honor to the icon. c) Rain drops
could create molds that a figure could be formed. If by accident the form is
like a Madonna and now it is a “miracle”; people would be attracted to it and
would give praise and honor. If religious leader would not warn the people
of the danger on giving too much attention to wonders than giving attention
to the universal word, the tolerance would now become a habit, then a
custom, then a tradition that could cause deception! The room that should
be for the universal words is now filled because of words that enhance and
support “miracles.” And the universal word has now no room in the brain
and the result people are not minding small extremes that might lead to big
extremes; example-not throwing the garbage on garbage can but…on creeks,
rivers or anywhere but his drive to touch the icon is very great because he
would be forgiven of all his sins…! It’s minding the mysteries first then
minding the doable first! And if small extremes are not mind especially if
almost all the population in a country are victims of deception cause by
public miracles, that country might be always struggling or sailing as if
always against the wind. They don’t mind developing their natural resources
but they tend to depend too much on “God will provide all for them because
of miracles…”
With regards to natural healing mistaken as a “miracle”, scientist
understands that positive attitude could boost the immune system perhaps
called positive auto suggestion or placebo effect; or perhaps in religion it is
called positive faith. But the First Commandment…, perhaps God doesn’t
want people to give too much weight on the power of the mind attributed
with the help of a “thing” for some “miracle” or “wonder” or “healing”
because of the danger that the “thing” could be made as a “god.” The key is
that universal word should always prevail even in counter weighing small or
start of a problem. Or the mind would now have more attraction to the
universal Word that gives strength to the spirit. The icon could lessen the
ability of man to aspire for the universal Word because of feelings that their
group is better than the other group because perhaps of “wonder” or the
other groups are lesser because they have no wonder. Example- we have
icons… you have none; or we are superior because we have miraculous idols
or superstars.
Since other groups are discouraged to lift dead people as icons or idols
or superstar or models because of danger that humans could be lifted as gods
by men. And also other groups believe that it is unlawful to give praise to
humans especially it is commanded on 1st commandment of the Ten
Commandments- it is other group’s interpretation of the first commandments
and others have different interpretations. Perhaps because of different
interpretations, there are conflicts and arguments that could end to quarrels
and misunderstandings and even terrorisms or wars.
Perhaps compromise could be settled so that the two different
interpretations could be closer than before. Why pass a universal consensus
that models, icons, idols, picture or statue of good men should have always
any universal word attached or connected, or near to it; any universal word
that could be read near an icon to tickle the mind. Example: “The Lord is my
shepherd….nothing I shall not want” or “you shall not have other gods…”
or “love your enemy…” or “In God we trust…” or any word that is
universal…to balance the danger that the icon could be used as a source for
supernatural power or for superstition or for religious supremacy.
Since by nature or original sin, the mind is attracted to heroes, to
supernatural problem solvers especially if there is blood flowing or tears
flowing or the statue moves by itself, perhaps caution should always be
attached to topic about heroes. Perhaps if an answered prayer had happened
because of icon M located at point A but a similar icon M located at point B
did not do well or there is no wonders happening, so statue at A is more
powerful than the similar statue at B, that’s why one would travel a very far
place because a statue there is more powerful than similar statue. Perhaps
caution or warning that it is wrong to give honor to icon should always be
given.
Why just pray for good leaders equip with details and specifics doable
concrete workable plan to lift the economic standard and moral standard of
people by praying anywhere especially in holy places example any church of
any group as long as the group is good or in one’s own room; no need to
exult a superior icon or idol or statue in other places because of wonder…!
Perhaps that universal word in the base or near the icon could balance
any tendency that the mind would attempt example to give more honor to
the icon. The statue or icon would now be as an example or instrument to let
the mind have more focus to the universal Word especially counter
balancing small extremes first. The danger is the mind is being diverted to
have emotions of winners and the other groups are left behind because of a
superstar rather than the mind is drawn to focus on the universal Word
counter attacking small extremes, small problems, small chaotic things first.
The result is that the followers have now the habit to touch icons or
superstars during gathering that sometimes resulted to stampede or
disorderliness rather than solving small things first using the advice of the
universal word. Perhaps followers are becoming attached to complicated
things like instant healing while touching the icon an example of wonders
than concentrating to solve small problem using science, clear solutions, and
doable, practical things first by themselves.
Then another scholar asked: Could the deceiver use people to defend the
universal word with details and specifics and with questionable character so
that the universal word would be in question? The A.I. was puzzled again
because the devil can also quote from the bible…and answered: Perhaps
using good words to exult icons could deceive the brain not to fix small
problem at the start because the deceptive words in the brain is not
overpowered by another opposite words. But it does not mean that only
another word could defeat another deceptive word. Perhaps movies, arts,
good examples, icons are also tools to propagate the word. Perhaps when
icons, arts become more dominant on propagating the universal word rather
than the word itself it might become a diversionary. It has been the master
piece of other groups perfecting the art of using icons as superstars to justify
using icon to propagate universal word that sometimes causes some conflicts
with other groups. So perhaps every time there is ceremony or awards,
recognition, giving credits, the key is that those activities should enhance the
awareness of the people to focus more on the universal word or universal
consensus rather than the icon could be used as a diversion; or the icon’s
miracles or wonders or perceived answered prayers or nice news becomes
the star or the magnet so that the mind would be too attached to icon rather it
should be the opposite. The icon should lead men towards the universal
word. But how could the icon lead the mind to the universal word? Other
groups instead remove icons so that the danger that the icon could be used as
magnets to deflect universal word is minimized; or removed. With regards to
the devil using the universal word to make him stronger…there is a saying
that “a kingdom against its kingdom can not stand.” Or obey those good
advices but never follow a preacher’s bad actions. Or a bad man is telling
some good news so that the good news will lose its impact because a bad
man is behind the good idea. Ordinary people have also common sense!
Obey the good advice but don’t follow the bad example.
Then another scholar asked the A.I.: Is there really no compromise
among different groups to love even his/their enemies if words in the bible,
Koran or any inspirational book that seem to clash or not agreeing with other
words or not conforming that results to different perspectives or view points,
example of the meaning of the living bread as words vs. as mystic body and
mystic blood of Jesus vs. Trinity is not the ultimate truth for others? Perhaps
the key is a) there is a sin against the spirit; or perhaps universal word or
universal teachings should not be attacked as teachings from the devil. But
personalities of prophets, messiahs, messengers of God perhaps could be
criticized; even perhaps criticizing Jesus or that Jesus has biological brothers
or sisters. But it should be without malice or prejudice or saying as in a loud
voice full of angry or hatred because there is a universal word that “if you
love God but hate your brother you are a liar.” And especially other prophets
especially Jesus taught that one should love… even loving his enemies. b)
Anything that is extreme is bad. Then what is extreme. Perhaps make a
universal consensus that the measuring standard of extreme with regards to
morality is: Love your enemy! Any religion that teaches hatred that causes
terrorism should be an enemy of universal loving people. Perhaps the last
resort… is regime change by using international coalition as self defense!
