Sealed tenders are invited in two cover system by the Superintending Engineer-I, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for and behalf of the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for the following consultancy services.

1. Preparation of detailed project report(s) for Housing including physical and social infrastructure facilities improvement in the identified slums under Rajiv Awas Yojana. Which includes Study to assess housing demand in slums, carrying out detailed topographic surveys using total station, mapping of details on GIS platform / geo coded referSuperintending Engineer-Ie, MIS and GIS data integration, development of various options for development and implementation, preparation of architectural models for various options, interacting with community/beneficiaries, selection of model, preparation of beneficiary list in consultation with officials of ULB, assessing requirement of social infrastructure facilities like anganwadis, primary schools, secondary schools, health centers and police stations, preparation designs and estimations for chosen option, cost estimations, phasing of project, planning for transit accommodation, obtaining approvals from SLNA/ MoHUPA etc as per the RFP

2. The Consultant shall pay Rs. 10,000/- towards the cost of tender document by way of Demand Draft (Non refundable) drawn in favour of Commissioner,

GHMC payable at Hyderabad and another Draft for Rs.1030/- in favour of Commercial Tax Officer, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad for issue of tender documents. 3. Tender documents containing detailed qualifications and eligibility criteria,

scope of work, Terms of Refer Superintending Engineer-I and Conditions of Contract is available in the office of Superintending Engineer-I, GHMC and also in the web site www.ghmc.gov.in for ready refer Superintending Engineer-I. 4. The issue of tender document (TOR) will be up to 5.00PM on 17-09-2011, Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 09-09-2011 at 3.00 PM in the office of the Superintending Engineer-I, V Floor, C.C. Complex, Tank Bund Road, GHMC, Hyderabad. Ph. No: 040 23222342. 5. Consultants have to submit their sealed Tenders on 19-09-2011 up to 3.00 P.M. in the office of Superintending Engineer-I, GHMC which will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day. 6. The Commissioner / Superintending Engineer-I, GHMC reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all Tenders at any stage without assigning any reasons.
