ALL-BOND 3
The gold standard in total-etch bonding just got better.
Indications for Use
Direct Composite Restorations Indirect Restorative Cementation: Metal, Porcelain and Composite Endodontic post bonding Composite Core Build-Ups Porcelain Repairs Composite Repair Composite to Metal/Set Amalgam (Direct Veneering) Desensitization of Crown Preparations Prior to Impression Making/Provisionalization Exposed root desensitization The gold standard in total-etch bonding just got better with BISCOs new ALL-BOND 3 Universal Dental Adhesive System. ALL-BOND 3 utilizes patented* technology that takes total-etch bonding to a whole new level of performance, assuring dentists of a simplified bonding process, as well as stronger, longer lasting bonds than ever before. ALL-BOND 3 micro-mechanically bonds to all substrates, is used for all bonding procedures and is compatible with light-, dual- and self-cured materials. The ALL-BOND 3 system offers increased hydrophobicity for a long-lasting adhesive bond. The HEMA-free, radiopaque ALL-BOND 3 Resin reduces the chance of misdiagnosing caries.
Unique Benefits
Compatible with light-, self- and dual-cured materials (without the use of additional activators) Requires only 1-2 coats ensuring a more uniform and ideal film thickness while saving application time Ethanol-based material is less technique sensitive to moisture providing consistent and predictable results ALL-BOND 3 Resin is HEMA-free for more hydrophobic bonding to prevent degradation over time ALL-BOND 3 Resin is radiopaque allowing visibility on radiographs in areas where adhesives commonly pool, reducing the risk of misdiagnosing caries

ALL-BOND 3 FAQ
Q: What makes ALL-BOND 3 different from ALL-BOND 2 and other 3-step products on the market?
A: No, there are several significant changes in the formulation. ALL-BOND 3 Parts A & B now contain ethanol instead of acetone. Ethanol-based adhesives have been shown to be less technique sensitive than acetone-based products. The monomers incorporated in Parts A & B are also relatively more hydrophobic than those in ALL-BOND 2. The association of these more hydrophobic monomers with ethanol as the solvent allows for fewer layers to be applied. ALL-BOND 3 requires only 1-2 layers while ALL-BOND 2 requires 5-8 layers. A: Yes, the application of ALL-BOND 3 Parts A & B followed by light-curing will work alone as a 2-step adhesive agent without the need for the third step resin layer. However, the application of ALL-BOND 3 RESIN is highly encouraged to ensure the adhesive will achieve its best performance. Since ALL-BOND 3 Parts A & B are placed directly on the dentin, they must be relatively hydrophilic. By using ALL-BOND 3 RESIN, there is the addition of a highly hydrophobic layer allowing for improved performance for the adhesive. A: ALL-BOND 3 Parts A & B are relatively more hydrophobic than other adhesives on the market and couples better with the highly hydrophobic ALL-BOND 3 RESIN. ALL-BOND 3 RESIN will perform worse when applied to highly hydrophilic primers or adhesives. This is why ALL-BOND 3 RESIN is not recommended to be used with any other primers or adhesive. A: The mixture must be applied immediately after it is mixed. It is light-sensitive and our data shows that working time is limited to 30 seconds if exposed to strong light. In addition, it is dual-cured and will set in the well if not used quickly.
Q: Once you mix ALL-BOND 3 Parts A & B, how long will it last?
