READ THE PARAGRAPH AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS BELOW (fase de cierre.)

Brian is a doctor. He looks after sick people. He usually gets up at 6:00 (six) o’clock. Today,
he is late, it is 6:30 (six-thirty) and he is still in bed. He usually goes to work by taxi but
today, he is driving to work. He arrives at work at 6:30 (six- thirty) every morning but it is

SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE VS. PRESENT PROGRESSIVE TENSE.

GRAMMAR STRUCTURE:
*Forma Afirmativa
SUJETO + VERBO + COMPLEMENTO SUJETO+ VERBO TOBE + VERBO PRINCIPAL+ing +COMPLEM.

 PSST: Se diferencian porque solo el presente progresivo utiliza el verbo TO BE (am – is – are) de
auxiliar y se le agrega la TERMINACIÖN –ing, al verbo principal.

 PSST!: En el presente simple, a los verbos se les agrega E ó ES, si el sujeto está en tercera persona Reconocer elementos

 PSST: La terminación –ING que es el gerundio significa –ANDO/ -ENDO inglés
