SUMMARY / AREAS OF CONCERN: Arrived at COLMAS S.r.l. at 8,30 am as promised the activities started at the presence of : Mr. Barcella ( VALBART Quality Control Department) Mr. Zakri Alwi ( BC Petrolchemical SND BH Project Director) Mr. Syed Ahmad Fuad Syed Mohamed (BC Petrolchemical SND BH Application Sales Engineer) Mr Crotti Luigi (Velosi Ispector SIAD Representative) Visual Examination Visual examination carried out on Items 10 - 20 - 30 (Valves / Actuator / Control panel , before Hydro-Pressure and Functional Test. Valves : On internal Side was evident presence of oxidation. Probably after internal tests the valves were not accurately dried and protected. We have asked and obtained to remove the oxidation by soft grinding (by hand) , and now the valves appear in acceptable condition Actuator : No remark Control Panel: Stainless Steel control panel visually examined show presence of iron contamination , and the pressure gauge oxidated must be replaced by new one. Supplementary name plate on control panel indicating the TAG n is required to maintain connection between conrtol panel/actuator & valve. Valbar assure that before final inspection all this observation will be comply Results: Remarks that are pending during today visit, will be evaluated during final inspection Valves

At 14,30 the activities started with Pressure and Functional Test Test carried out on Items 10 - 30 in compliance to applicable ITP n BC/GUTONG-E/ABV/Q00 (Valbart 060501) rev.03 and Valvart procedures n 60501-HYDR 60501-FAT as following detailed: . Item 030 (TAG n 2224): - Hydrostatic Shell test 76 barg for 1 Hour - Hydrostatic Seat test 56 barg for 15 Minutes - Functional test as detailed on applicable ITP - Pneumatic Seat test 6 barg for 15 Minutes Result : Satisfactory Item 010 (TAG n 3755): - Hydrostatic Shell test 76 barg for 1 Hour - Hydrostatic Seat test 56 barg for 15 Minutes - Functional test as detailed on applicable ITP - Pneumatic Seat test 6 barg for 15 Minutes (Will be performed during tomorrow visit) Result : Satisfactory waiting Pneumatic seat test At 19,00 the activity was suspended. Please Note: There is a conflict concerning the test condition, between approved ITP and Hydro-testing Procedure.
