Proposal for Workshop Program @ College Campus
Dear Sir/Maam, Accept our heartfelt greetings!! As we are longtime admirer of the outstanding work done by your organization in recent past, this proposal is in continuation to our attempt of updating your students with latest market technologies at your doorstep in short time. Its my pleasure to introduce CETPA, a renowned Engineers Training Organization, well known for providing quality education in advance fields such as .NET, J2EE, VHDL, AutoCAD, CATIA, Embedded System, Matlab, Oracle, C, Advanced C, Campus Recruitment Preparation. Currently, these are the hottest and largest job-providing technologies. Apropos to same, we wish to conduct workshop programs in these fields at your college campus. Instructions:
The minimum strength of students required to run the On Campus Workshop Program is 50 students per technology. Registration Fee: Rs. 100/- per participant Exclusive of Workshop Fee. Service Tax: Extra 10.3% on Workshop Fee Workshops will be 8 hours a day with 1 hour lunch break Food & Lodging Facility for CETPA Experts during Training will be provided by College. Mode of Payment: CETPA will receive the payment as follows: a. College will be responsible for collecting the Workshop Fee from participating students. b. Before one week of the starting of the Workshop Program, a Registration Fee of Rs. 100 per student will be paid to CETPA. c. Before one day of the starting of the Workshop Program, 25% of the workshop fee will be paid to CETPA. d. After one day of the completion of the Workshop Program, 50% of the workshop fee will be paid to CETPA e. After completion of the workshop, balance 25% of the workshop fee will be paid to CETPA.
Benefits for the Participating Students
Student will be provided Software & Handouts discussed in the Workshop. Workshop participants will get discount on our Training Programs and other Professional Workshops valid for one year. Q&A Sessions of participants for doubt clearance leading to better subject knowledge. Competitions will be held to spot out and Honor the Budding Talents during the workshop.
Career Guidance will be provided during the program on and life in Engineering industry - an answer of Engineering Students most generalized dilemma, what to do after B.Tech? Eligible Participants: All Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech), Science students and hobbyist of Latest Technologies can attend the workshop, as these technologies have become the backbone of all the industries. Workshop Handouts includes: CETPA Software Package based on the Technology chosen for workshop. A Workshop Notepad to all participants. Certification of Participation on company letterhead. NOTE: - The certificates will be provided by CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and will be completely authenticated by CETPA InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. for future reference. The participants will get regular updates on Latest Technologies through E-mails.
Requirements for Running the Workshop Program at the College Campus
Seminar Room/Class Room equipped with the LCD Projector. Good quality public address system, ideally two cordless mikes will be required. Projector /screen along with black/white board for teaching and presentation purpose. One small stereo jack cord to connect in laptop for its sound system (If possible). Computer Lab of 50 Nodes.( Actual figure depends on No. of Students and the fields selected) Boarding and Lodging for CETPA Experts. Timing of the workshop will be decided after proper discussion with College Administration.

Terms and Conditions
The terms and condition are described here for this workshop program, so that there should be transparency between CETPA and college administration. 1. CETPA will send a team of Experts for the workshop in the college campus. 2. A Workshop Coordinator will be there from our side who will deal in all the matters with the college administration on behalf of CETPA. All the communication between CETPA and the College would be facilitated by him only. 3. Total No of Experts can vary depending on the no. of students. 4. CETPA will provide the necessary resources like S/W and other related kit if not present in the college. 5. Workshop Kits will also be provided to the students. Our workshop kit include following a. Soft copy of Course Book & study materials. b. Compact Disk containing the relevant software. c. Workshop writing pads & pen. 6. During the workshop a project would be undertaken that would be explained by the Expert. 7. After completion of the workshop program, certificates will be awarded by CETPA. 8. We also welcome students for the live projects running at our concern CETPA InfoTech Private Ltd. (Deals in Message Display Boards, Moving Message Displays, Token Display System, Web Solutions, Software Development, Professional Logo Designing, Tuning Services, and Website Maintenance.) 9. Finally a MOU will be signed for the workshop program after discussion with the college administration. 10.All disputes are subjected to the Roorkee Judiciary.
