ACTA DE PARTICIPACION CIUDADANA — REUNION INFORMATIVA GENERAL Siendo el dia 09 de marzo del 2022, a horas 03:30pm, se realizé la reunion informativo general para el proyecto “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE PROTECCION FRENTE A INUNDACIONES EN LA MARGEN IZQUIERDA DEL RIO HUALLAGA, TRAMO SANTA ROSA DE PITUMAMA Y YANAG DEL DISTRITO DE PILLCO MARCA ~ PROVINCIA DE HUANUCO - DEPARTAMENTO DE HUANUCO"., la cual se conté con la participacion de las Autoridades del lugar, profesionales encargados de la Participacién Ciudadana — Reunién Informativa General. Asimismo, también participaron las siguientes autoridades locales: 1 SitcA Piva A continuacién, se detalla el proceso de la Reunién Informativa General: Se instalé una mesa donde se colocé un buzén de sugerencias y también se dirigid la Reunién Informativa General conformando pequefios grupos para informar y absolver dudas respecto al Proyecto; manteniendo el protocolo de seguridad ante la emergencia sanitaria por el COVID-19. También se presento los objetivos y alcances del proyecto, caracteristicas, estructura y equipamiento, servicios, beneficios y requisitos del proyecto: “MEJORAMIENTO DEL SERVICIO DE PROTECCION FRENTE A INUNDACIONES EN LA MARGEN IZQUIERDA DEL RIO HUALLAGA, TRAMO SANTA ROSA DE PITUMAMA Y YANAG DEL DISTRITO DE PILLCO MARCA - PROVINCIA DE HUANUCO - DEPARTAMENTO DE HUANUCO”. Finalizada la reunién informativa general asistieron aproximadamente un total de _3L. personas.
