No. H/3312/021, dated: 24-03-2023. thee In continuation of the Memo No H/3312/021, dated: 24-03-2023: In the reference cited above, all the Principals of Govt. and Private Polytechnics in AP are instructed to apply for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in place of Computer Engineering and Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in place of Applied Electronics and Instrumentation, But, in light of NBA norms and technical problems with AICTE, all the Principals of Government and Private Polytechnics are hereby informed that, the decision to rename the above courses has been withdrawn. Hence, while applying EOA, the Computer Engineering program should be applied as COMPUTER ENGINEERING only. Likewise, the Applied Electronics and Instrumentation program should be applied as APPLIED ELECTRONICS [RUMENTATION only.
