This is based on Kirkpatricks Levels of Evaluation as follows: (1) Reaction - Used to know the reactions of the trainees toward the different components of the training program e.g., content, trainers delivery, hand-outs, food, training venue, etc. (2) Learning- Used when the objective of the training course is to improve knowledge, attitude, and /or skill during and immediately after the training (3) Behavior Used when the objective of the training course is to improve the ability or performance of a trainee in doing a certain task thru the application of what s/he has learned in training (4) Results This is administered to determine how much has the productivity / profitability of the organization been improved as a result of the on-the job application of trainings
