DELA ROSA SGO Adviser This Center Sir: The undersigned, being the President of Student Government Organization of this Campus, respectfully submitted the accomplishment Report of the Organization in the Whole School Year 2008-2009. Listed below are the chronological events undergone by the SGO. 1. Called First SGO General Assembly Meeting to discuss the Induction and Acquaintance Party and 2009 Intramural Meet and held several General Assembly meetings for the purpose of transparency and checks and balances. 2. Attended and took an oath of Office during the PSU-NCCRD Acquaintance an Induction Party held on August 26, 2008 at RVM Gymnasium. 3. Headed the Student Government Organization in facilitating and managing the 2009 PSU-NCCRD Intramural Meet held on August 23-26, 2009 at Narra Sports Complex and RVM Gymnasium. 4. Headed the 2009 University Day held on November 12, 2009 5. Attended the election of Federation of Palawan State UniversityStudent Government Organizations (FPSU-SGO). 6. Headed the celebration of Teachers Day held on December 12, 2008. 7. Drafted the 2009 PSU-NCCRD SGO Constitution before it was submitted to the Commissioners of 2009 Constitutional Convention for amendment, approval or rejection. 8. Called several General Assembly meetings for the proper consultation with the students regarding the proposed plans, programs, and policies of Student Government Organization to be implemented on the first semester of School Year 2099-2010. 9. ORDINANCE NO. 2009-11 AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A UNIFORM THIRTY PESOS FINES FOR NON COMPLIANCE IN ANY ACTIVITY CONDUCTED BY THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION, PSU-ADMINISTRATION, OR ANY ORGANIZATION PERMITTED BY THE PSU ADMINISTRATION WITHOUT VALID OR JUSTIFIABLE REASON AUTHORED BY: Jacqueline Terbio Co- Authored By: Bobby Balagot In addition therein, I am proud to report to you that the Set of SGO Officers headed by the undersigned through your supervision has created the new SGO Constitution named the 2009 PSU-NCCRD-SGO Constitution and was approved by the majority through a plebiscite held on February 16, 2009, eleven Ordinances (11), including the 2009 Department Organization Code which give more accountability to the Department organizations and follows the principles of autonomy and self reliant organization. It has also acquired one (1) brand new unit complete set of computer and sports equipment such as; table tennis, basketball and volleyball balls (2 pcs. each), takraw ball, volleyball net, basketball net, four (4) chess boards, two (2) pcs. word factory, three (3) pcs. Scrabble boards, starting gun, whistles, table tennis rockets, and many other little things. The Organization also bought floor mat in the SGO Office, renovate the SGO Bulletin Board. The Organization also planned to buy sound system this coming summer. Fund to be used will be derived from the remaining budget of the Organization this second semester of 2008-2009 and if there is remaining balance out of the budget the Organization seeks the most priority project intended for the benefits of the majority of the students. Attached herewith are the copies of 2009 PSU-NCCRD SGO Constitution, eleven Ordinances, and the accomplishment reports of all the Officers of SGO in the SY 2008-2009.
