TIPL is a leading transformer manufacturing company in Pakistan, which manufacture Distribution (Pad mounted & Kiosk) and Power transformers ranging from 5KVA to 6000KVA. Job Title:- Design Engineer (Mechanical): Mechanical Design (using AutoCAD and Pro-E) of Pad & Pole Mounted distribution transformers of rating 10 KVA to 6000 KVA. Mechanical design of Pad mounted Seal Type (Kiosk) Transformer and their Panels of 200, 400, 630 and 1250KVA. Coordination with WAPDA and private customers to know their requirements regarding mechanical design. Preparation of material list of transformers and panels. Leading a team comprised of Mechanical Engineers and Draftsmen in Design Department of the Company. Distribute work among team members to get best result and to improve efficiency of the Department. Break lengthy works and projects into small pieces and activities to accomplish it within a limit time period as specified by customers. Co-ordination with vendors regarding any development in parts of transformers. Preparation of Layout of Mechanical & Electrical production facility and Supervision of mechanical & civil works as TIPL is constructing new set-up. It is also manufacturer of Control Panels & Dry Type Transformer. Job Title:- Design Engineer: Mechanical Design of distribution transformers of rating 10 KVA to 6000 KVA. Has taken a number of initiatives in the field of design to introduce new ideas and techniques in design/drawings of transformers parts to solve banal manufacturing problems and to reduce manufacturing cost and time. Coordination with WAPDA and private customers to know their requirements regarding mechanical design of transformers. Has worked on AutoCAD (2D) and Solid edge (3D) and has skill to read drawings to trace defects and to improve it.
