HYPOTHESIS: Null Hypothesis: The independent variables that are price, quality, availability of service and employee behaviour doesnt has a significant impact on the customer satisfaction. Alternate Hypothesis: The independent variable has a significant impact on the customer satisfaction. CORRELATION HYPOTHESIS: Price: H0: Price doesnt have a relation with the customer satisfaction. H1: Price has a relation with the customer satisfaction. Quality: H0: Quality doesnt have a relation with the customer satisfaction. H1: Quality has a relation with the customer satisfaction.

Availability of services: H0: Availability of services doesnt have a relation with the customer satisfaction. H1: Availability of services has a relation with the customer satisfaction. Employee Behaviour: H0: Employee Behaviour doesnt have a relation with the customer satisfaction. H1: Employee Behaviour has a relation with the customer satisfaction.

Objective of the study

To measure the levels of customer satisfaction of GE Healthcare services and to know the factors affecting the customer satisfaction when purchasing the GE Healthcare items and considering the service as well.

RESEARCH AND METHODOLOGY

Research Design The design in which this problem has been employed is the Descriptive design. This design helps us not only to gather facts but also helps us with various factors with each other and analysis as well. Identification of Variables Customer Satisfaction is the dependent variable in this study. Price, Quality, Availability of services and Employee Behaviour are the independent variables. Data Collection process Sampling Methodology The sampling which is used in this is the non probability sampling, the questionnaire is sent through internet to group of email addresses. The Questionnaire was prepared in Google Docs. Data Set The source of this data is to study the customer satisfaction of GE Healthcare services Out of 36 respondents Male- 20 Female- 16

CONCLUSION From the above study analysis, it can drawn that the most of the customers are satisfied with the employee behavior that is done in GE Healthcare. And even in correlation it refers to us that the prices are reasonable due to which more customers are been attracted towards the GE Healthcare.
