Ein Tan Quarter . Kyoun Pain Village, Phyapon Township,Iraawaddy, Division. His father is U Tun Win and the mother is Daw Hla Kyin. He is the fourth of eight siblings. Ashin Htarwaras parents are ancestry farmers. His parents sent him to Basic Education Primary School in Phyar Pon Township. On 21.7.88 After Finishing his basic education primary school in 1992,his parents did not allow him to pursue his secular education . Instead they handed him over as a novice to Venerable U Wunna Thara, the abbot of Tayzeintararma Buddhist monastery in Thair Ein Kyaung Su and allowed him to continue studying Euddhist scripture. He studied Buddhism only for about three months as a novice at the monastery. From 1993 to 199,under the Venerable U Daythara, the abbot at Khayan Township Daingon Pali University Monastery, Ashin Htavara studied Buddhism at the basic level,the primary level, the primary level, the secondary level and the higher level. He also studied the scripture of Parazikanta. After Ashin Htavara had studied the scripture of Silakha and the scripture of Silakha and the scripture of Ahtarniti under U Raardhama at Ma Soe Yein Buddhist Monastery in Mandalay Division in 1998,he passed the Dhamasariya examination. He was awarded the title of Dhamasariya.

In 2004,Ashin Htarwara studied at the Central School for proselytising Therawada Buddhism at Kabar Aye Pagoda(Rangoon). He finished his studies in 2006. While he war residing at a monastery in Tamar Ward, Pyigyi Tachon Township, Mandalay Division, he heard that members of SPDC groups tied U Pyinnyar Sakka and U Pyinnyar Nandar to the lamp posts and beaten them brutally after having accused that the monks had neglected the religious teaching by peacefully walking in rows and reciting in support of All Burma Alliance statement, Ashin Htarwara distributed leaflets protesting SPDC governments activities to monasteries and among the public on 6 September in Rangoon.

On 17 September 2007, Ashin Htarwara himself actively protested the conduct of the military clique from the front. On 19 September 2007, a public announcement of the order to arrest Ashin THarwara was made in the 25 October 2007 issue of Myanmar Kyimon newspaper. After wards, Ashin Htarwara had to flee for Yangoon to Hinthada, Bago , Pyi , Takhine Mountain Tanges and Tauuggok in order to hide from the authority Eventually, Ashin Htarwara left Taunggok for Bangladesh by sea on 15 th Jnuary

2008, on 22 Jaunuary 2008, he arrived at the Takkanar port on the Bangladeshi border. Now , Ashin Htarawara has opened on office of ABMRC somewhere in Bangladesh and continues fighting against the military clipue.
