Form Negative of will

The negative form of “will” is “will not”, which is generally

abbreviated (“won’t): If you talk to him, he’ll listen. If you
talk to him, he won’t listen.
Example:
 They won’t renew their Netflix subscriptions
 They won’t watch the next episode of Stranger Things

Form Negative of would

Wouldn’t is the contracted form of would and not, which is

used far more than the uncontracted form.
Subject + would: + verb (without to)
I’d (I would): Like
Example:
 I would not say that in front of the children.
 They wouldn’t have accepted the gift if they had known about
this affair.
