 CONCEPTO DESARROLLO EMPRESARIAL COLOMBIANO
El desarrollo de las pequeñas y medianas empresas en el mercado es una
prioridad para el crecimiento económico del país, es un proceso mediante el cual
el equipo de trabajo adquiere y fortalece habilidades de liderazgo e innovación,
creando estrategias que permitan alcanzar el desarrollo empresarial. La lectura
nos infiere que las condiciones son las mismas para todas las personas que
tomaron la decisión de crear o innovar en algún servicio mejor llamado como
empresarios, sean creadores, trabajadores o dueños de un capital. Sin embargo,
en una economía capitalista, consideramos que son menos las condiciones
adversas para aquellos que sostienen un mayor capital que para las
personas que tienen el capital suficiente para vivir. En conclusión, no son
las condiciones las mismas para todo aquel que quiera emprender.

COLOMBIAN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT

The development of small and medium enterprises in the market is a priority for the
country's economic growth, it is a process through which the work team acquires
and strengthens leadership and innovation skills, creating strategies to achieve
business development. The reading infers that the conditions are the same for all
people who made the decision to create or innovate in some service better called
as entrepreneurs, whether creators, workers, or owners of capital. However, in a
capitalist economy, we consider that there are fewer adverse conditions for
those who hold more capital than for people who have enough capital to live
on. In conclusion, the conditions are not the same for everyone who wants to
start a business.
