Bzgl. der notwendigen Unterlagen fr einen Antrag auf Aufenthaltstitel mgen Sie sich an das fr Sie zustndige Amt der Landesregierung wenden (in Wien MA 35). Der Antrag muss dann mit allen Unterlagen und einem Satz Kopien persnlich durch die Antragsteller bei der Botschaft eingereicht werden (Terminvereinbarung unter Tel. +92 / 51 / 22 09 710 oder 711 oder unter islamabad-ob@bmeia.gv.at ). Bei Antragstellung ist eine Konsulargebhr von 80,- (fr Erwachsene) bzw. 50,- (fr Minderjhrige) jeweils in PKR zu entrichten. Die fr die Dokumentenberprfung anfallenden Kosten der Vertrauensperson knnen von Fall zu Fall verschieden sein. Sie knnen sie bei der Botschaft erfragen. Sobald die Dokumentenberprfung abgeschlossen ist, wird der Antrag an die zustndige Landesregierung zur Entscheidung weitergeleitet. Erhlt die Botschaft von dieser eine positive Mitteilung, wird der Antragsteller von der Botschaft informiert und erhlt einen Termin, um ein Visum zur Einreise nach sterreich zu beantragen. Die Dokumentenberprfung dauert normalerweise 4-8 Wochen (in Pakistan) bzw. 3-4 Monate (in Afghanistan). Please contact the Austrian authority concerned (in Vienna MA 35) to inquire about detailed requirements for your application for residence-permit. The application alongwith all documents (+ one set of copies) has to be filed personally with the Austrian Embassy Islamabad (for appointment call +92 / 51 / 22 09 710 or 711 or at islamabad-ob@bmeia.gv.at ). When applying a consulary-fee of 80,- (for adults) or 50,- (for minors), respectively, will be applicable at the equivalent of PKR. The document verification will be conducted by a trusted third party, engaged by the Embassy. The costs for the verification may differ and can be asked for at the Embassy. As soon as the verification-report is available, the application will be sent to the authority concerned in Austria. On receipt of a positive decision, the applicant will be given an appointment by the Embassy to apply for an entry-visa.
