It mainly consists of water tank, conveyor mechanism, recyclable water supply system, curtain water reservoir and residue discharge valve, etc. The water tank has been divided into two parts, which can be used in tun to allow changing the water without any interruption of production. There are two water curtain reservoirs above the mesh belt. When water reservoir is full, the water will spill over and form an even water curtain. The ‘evenness of the water curtain is adjusted by the bolts on both sides of the water reservoir. The glazing thickness can also be changed by spraying one to three times of water curtaining. The shrimp is also sprayed by the sprayer under the mesh for the glazing of the downside of the shrimp. In order to enhance the glazing quality, the customer is suggested to use refrigerated water or iced water. 2'C is the optimum temperature for the water in the water tank. The install power of glazing machine is 1.5 kW.
