GESTIÓN DE LABORATORIOS
The cryotherapy is a good alternative for this type of grade one sports injury since the cold is
very useful to reduce the inflammation of the injury site and also for the pain. This type of
alternative is favorable for the first hours in which the injury occurs since it allows the muscle to
relax. Most of the time, cryotherapy is used for physical recovery either after a workout or after
having suffered an impact that ends up injuring the muscle or the joint.
