FAIRPLASTER A
A ready to use acrylic polymer based wall putty

DESCRIPTION FAIRPLASTER A is an acrylic polymer based ready to use wall putty which can be applied for redecoration on firm, old painted areas. USES FAIRPLASTER A is suitable for use on both precast and conventional building areas as well as on new internal surfaces of precast concrete, sand cement plaster, level brick work and block work, exposed concrete, plywood, AC sheets, Gypsum boards etc. < < Excellent frost resistance. Available in attractive white color.

PACKING & COVERAGE < 1kg., 10 kg. and 20 kg. plastic lined sacks. < Coverage: approx. 0.75 m/kg. when applied at a thickness of 1mm. (Depends upon the surface).

FAIRPLASTER E(I)
White cement based insulating wall putty

BENEFITS < Excellent resistant to water and provides good insulation property (Keeps the building warm in cold season and cool in hot season.) < Easy to apply. < Excellent bonding with cement based substrates giving more durability. < Excellent finishing. < Dense and cohesive mortar which will not allow water penetration.

DESCRIPTION FAIRPLASTER E (Insulating) is a synthetically bound ready to use, consistent quality compound for inert filler material requiring only precise quantity of water to be added. FAIRPLASTER E (Insulating) is a white cement based ready to use wall putty which gives insulating property to maintain inner temperature and ensure the flexibility to cover the thermal stresses. < < < Low odor. No primer required. Creep resistant.

USES < Suitable for use on both precast and conventional building areas. < On new internal surfaces of precast concrete, sand cement plaster, level brick work and block work, exposed concrete, plywood, AC sheets, Gypsum boards etc. PACKING AND COVERAGE < 5kg. and 20 kg. plastic lined sacks. < Coverage: approx. 1 to 1.2 m /kg when applied at a thickness of 1mm.

Epoxy paste adhesive

DESCRIPTION FAIRSCREED VF is a thixotropic, solvent free epoxy adhesive ideal for bonding a wide range of building materials to one another i.e. Concrete, brick, metal stone and wood. FAIRSCREED VF has a high level of mechanical integrity and exhibits excellent bonding characteristics even in damp conditions. FAIRSCREED VF is easy to mix and apply with no primer requirement.

USES FAIRSCREED VF is particularly suitable for all general purpose bonding operations. It may also be used for thin section concrete repairs. PACKING AND COVERAGE < 1 kg., 2 kg. & 5 kg. pack. < Coverage: 1 kg. of FAIRSCREED VF will have a coverage of 0.67m at 1 mm thickness.

FAIRCOAT is a textured, protective, elastomeric, decorative & anti-carbonation coating allowing surface to breathe with high degree of elasticity. It is ideally suitable for protection of concrete structures, economical and is available in different colours. Coverage : 4-5m / kg / two coats. DFT: 200 to 250 microns. FAIRCOAT INSULTECH it is a high performance, long lasting, flexible thermal, decorative, anti-carbonation coating for exterior / interior surfaces. Gives excellent waterproof coating and reduces the temperature from 8% to 10%. Also it covers and seals cracks, enhances the life of structures and economical. Coverage : 4-5m / kg / two coats. DFT: 200 to 250 microns. WATERGUARD A Pre-packed, two part, brush applied, polymer modified cementitious water proof coating. Makes tough, durable, abrasion resistant, flexible waterproof layer, Ensures excellent adhesion, allows surface to breathe and cost effective system. Coverage: 16.5m to 25 m per pack (pack-18 kg. powder + 10 ltr. liquid) (depends on substrate surface) FAIRSEAL SSG is a single pack, silicone based, gun graded sealant material. It is widely used for sealing the gaps between window, air conditioning frame, door frame, etc. This is a high strength, fast curing material and available in various colors to adjust with substrate shade. Also, facilitates expansion and contraction of substrate subjected to temperature variation. FAIRSEAL AR it is an acrylic emulsion based single part sealant, easy to apply, quick surface cure, excellent adhesion to most concrete surfaces. Can be used for bedding. filling nail holes after dry time, small plaster repairs. Coverage: Depends upon the groove size. FAIRFIX TA it a prepack mortar cementitious tile adhesive type widely used for the adhesion of ceramic tiles. This can also be used for the adhesion of tile on tile. Depending on the requirement of consistency, precise quantity of water is added in FAIRFIX TA (Generally water powder proportion is 1:3). Coverage: Approx. 5 to 8 m at the recommended thickness of 3 to 4 mm. FAIRFIX TG it a hard wearing, water resistant grout for filling joints in exterior and interior walls, floor tiles and stones up to 5 mm width. It can be easily applied and does not shrink when dry due to its unique composition. Coverage: 1 Kg of FAIRFIX TG covers approximately 30 running meter with 2 mm width of joint.
