HR Trainee (1 Year Contract)

(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities: Learning Opportunity Gain ground knowledge and basic skills in relation to general HR Management and administration through a HR Trainee development plan. Beneficial exposure to an FMCG multinational work culture and basic HR practices of employee engagement, HR administration, training & development and HR policies and procedures. Specific involvement in HR supply chain support and value added service, assisting HR Business Partner - Supply Chain to improve HR support efficiency and effectiveness. Ad hoc support to Commercial and Payroll/Administration personnel.

On The Job (OJT) Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Training: Arrange interview appointment with shortlisted candidates. Assist in new staff on-boarding, e.g. pre-employment medical check-up, typhiod jab and Food Handler Training. Arrange training / HR Events venue, logistics, meals, etc. Maintain and update training records. Maintain and generate training evaluation report. Handle job banner advertisement for operator level. Reponsible for proper filling and documentation system in order to compliance with all Quality Assurance requirements. Assist Commercial HR Business Partner where required.

2. Administrative: Monitor and follow-up on hostel management and assist to resolve complaints. Assist to ensure all relevant parties are fulfilling on boarding requirement, e.g. typhoid jab, Food Handler Training, GMP and Safety Orientation.

Assist to manage general office administration duties and canteen operators. Maintain and update typhoid jab records. Assist payroll/administration where required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese Required skill(s): Microsoft Office Applications Pleasant personality, positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work with all levels of staff and various functions. Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
