retrasos inferiores a una semana no dan derecho en modo alguno al comprador para cancelar un pedido.

5.      Si existiensen quejas o si hubieran productos con defectos de fabricación deben ser presentadas dentro
mercancía. No liberan al comprador de las obligaciones de pago acordadas dentro del plazo especificado en
venta. Si las reclamaciones resultan fundadas, el vendedor informará al comprador a tal efecto, con lo que el
bien recuperar las mercancías en cuestión o sustituirlas por otras similares, o bien acreditar al comprador un m
sin ser responsable de la indemnización o de cualquier otra forma de daños y perjuicios. No se aceptan devoluci
haya dado su consentimiento explícito, previo y por escrito.

6.      Nuestras listas de precios que se proporcionan son sólo a título informativo en el periodo estipulado y n
solemne. Nuestros precios pueden ser modificados en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso. Cubren los b
instalaciones. Los bienes se facturarán de acuerdo con las condiciones tarifarias vigentes en la fecha de entrega
el compromiso.

7.      Las fotografías, colores, tamaños, pesos, etc. de los catálogos o de otro tipo, suministrados por el vendedo
suministran como representación del artículo en oferta. Cualquier variación, sea cual sea su naturaleza, no
rechazar la entrega de la mercancía, retener el pago o exigir compensación, excepto mutuo acuerdo.
8.      El comprador, que no paga una factura en la fecha de vencimiento, se compromete explícitamente a pa
legal, además del capital de la demanda, los intereses y las eventuales costas judiciales, en su caso, los daños y
del precio de la factura, con un mínimo de 100 dolares.

9.      Las controversias que puedan surgir entre el vendedor y el comprador serán resueltas por un juez de
sucesor legal a condición de que la Ley no se oponga a ello. Este acuerdo se rige por la ley del domicilio legal del
