Applicants need to have a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatics and be skilled with various hand tools. They must possess the ability to correctly diagnose failures and perform troubleshooting duties. Applicants must also be able to lift a minimum of 80 pounds. Pay starts at $14-$15/hour. Responsible for the completion of an intense management training program to prepare for management positions throughout the company. The ideal candidates will have a manufacturing related college degree/ business degree (or equivalent).
