Se denomina como el edificio más inclinado del mundo por tener 18° de inclinación
hacia el lado izquierdo superando la torre de pisa en Italia, este edificio inicio su
construcción en el año 2007 y termino en el 2011, contando con una superficie útil
de 53.100 m2.

Cuenta con una altura de 165 metros y tiene un total de 35 pisos.

Tiene una cimentación que consta de 490 pilotes con una profundidad de 30
metros, para que la construcción pudiera ser ejecutada se tuvo que hacer una viga
central que permitiera la deformación y estabilidad del edificio, este núcleo es pre
curvado y tiene 15.000 m3 de concreto reforzado y 10.000 toneladas de acero.

It has a height of One hundred and sixty-five meters and has a total of thirty-five
floors.

It has a foundation that consists of four hundred ninety piles with a depth of thirty
meters, so that the construction can be executed it has to make a central beam
that allows the deformation and speed of the building, this core is pre-curved and
has fifteen thousand cubic meters of concrete reinforced and ten thousand tons of
steel.
