Misc: 1. Right clicking misspelled word will display options of correct spelling. 2. To enable new language, start->program->MS Office Tools-> Microsoft Office Languages Settings,select language,click enable language tab, then apply. 3. To insert autotext entry type autotext name then press F3. 4. Font and paragraph formatting are visible. Screen scrolls faster than the other views. Outline View : This view displays the structure of the document. In outline view, you can collapse a document to see the main heading only or entire document by expanding the headings. This helps to move and copy text comfortably and to recognize the long documents. Print Layout View: This view displays the document as it would be printed with all formattings. This is useful for editing header and footers, adjusting margins and to work with columns and drawing objects. Web Layout View : This view is used when creating Web Page. In this view graphics are positioned just as they are in Web browser.
