power plant facility and internships in the industry.
The CNEP comprises 8-months of classroom and laboratory courses at the PM DIMENSIONS Training
Centre in Gujarat, India. This is followed by a one-month rigorous training at the Zwentendorf Nuclear
Power Plant Training Centre in Austria. Students can then opt for a 3-month industry internship with
leading organizations in India or overseas.
The programme is thus focused on the practical application of nuclear engineering with theory only
covered to the extent to what students require to know in their day to day role as a nuclear engineer.

a dedicated web portal, the aim of the service is to help government, private sector, academia and nodal
agencies with a vested interest in the nuclear industry to:
