EXT – Park - dusk/sundown

Four friends around 16-18 together having the time of their

lives. TYLER the sporty one. Dressed in typical jock outfit and
is sat down with a vape. TYLER has DANNI laying down on his lap.
She is his girlfriend and is just a casual dressing girl she puts
thought into her outfits but not as much as other things like
school and friends. It is also her 18th birthday and she looks
like she has something to say but won’t say it. These two would
die for each other. DYLAN is the character that feels like he’s
the odd one out. DYLAN likes things like marvel and things like
that but then also does sports. This is how he knows TYLER they
play sports together. DYLAN dresses in what makes him comfortable
like shirts and jeans but then has a bomber jacket to seem
‘cooler’.
Music plays out while the friends laugh together.
JESSIE

TYLER

DANNI

TYLER AND DANNI laugh DYLAN does not appreciate it.

Footstep breaks a twig. Characters start to worry. JESSIE pops

up. This is DYLAN’S crush. She dresses in joggers’, hoodies and
jacket. She jump scares them and all the characters scream.

JESSIE
Haha got you. Happy birthday DANNI

DANNI
Thanks jessie appreciate the heart attack for my 18th
 DYLAN
Personally, I thought it was funny.

JESSIE looks at DYLAN and smiles but the goes and starts talking
to DANNI and TYLER talks to DYLAN

TYLER
Dude you’re in with JESSIE did you see the way she looked at you

DYLAN
No, we’re just friends we have been for years if sparks were
gonna fly don’t you think they would have already

Camera Goes to the girls

DANNI
Looks like DYLAN still likes you

JESSIE
No, we like don’t even talk very much anymore

DANNI
I’m just stating what I can see

JESSIE

DANNI
Just be yourself and if he doesn’t like that then he isn’t worth
it.

JESSIE

JESSIE

JESSIE

 JESSIE walks over to TYLER and DYLAN trying to hide the fear of
rejection

JESSIE

DYLAN

JESSIE and DYLAN leave to go off somewhere else not thinking

about the bad idea of leaving DANNI and TYLER alone together.

EXT – BUSHES – DUSK/SUNDOWN/NIGHTFALL

JESSIE
I erm, I have something I need to tell you DYLAN

DYLAN
Oh, you now have a new boyfriend?

JESSIE
No but hopefully in a second, I will

DYLAN
What’s that supposed to mean

JESSIE
I’ve got feelings for you Dylan and I want us to be more than the
friends

DYLAN
JESSIE, I have feeli- JESSIE watch out!!!

A sharp weapon was thrown at JESSIE but DYLAN pushed her to lay
down and lays on top of her but in doing so something had
happened.

JESSIE
Dylan what was that who was that?? Dylan?
 DYLAN
Ahhhh stsss

JESSIE
Dylan!!!

The sharp weapon didn’t exactly miss the two of them. DYLAN had
been badly cut across his back.

JESSIE
Dylan, I need you to stand and I’ll get you back to DANNI and
TYLER.

DYLAN
I’ll try okay on three one two thr…

DYLANS hand drops to the floor. He’s gone. JESSIE cries on his
shoulder but then hears a humming and sees a figure that looked
like a bunny mask and a hoodie. JESSIE struggles to leave Dylan’s
body but gets up and runs to TYLER and DANNI.

Once JESSIE has gone the bunny figure picked up DYLANS body and
walked away.

JESSIE reaches DANNI and TYLER and she catches them making out.

JESSIE
GUYSSS!!!!
Dylan is dead and we have to go now like right now

TYLER
What do you mean DYLAN is dead JESSIE what happened?

JESSIE
We were talking and he was telling me that he had feeling but
then saved my life from this really sharp weapon that was thrown
at us but it had cut open his back and it killed him

TYLER and DANNI laugh

DANNI
Dylan!! You can come out now this is a ridiculous joke!

JESSIE
It’s not a joke it was this person dressed in a hoodie and I
think it was a bunny mask.
 TYLER
So, you’re trying to tell us is that Dylan is dead but isn’t just
dead he was murdered by the Easter bunny?

DANNI and TYLER laugh again

DANNI
What drugs did the two of you take and can I have some?

JESSIE
I’m not on drugs could use some right now but that’s not the
point we need to go.

TYLER – startled
Why cause that hooded bunny person right over by the exit is
gonna kill us?

TYLER points towards the bunny figure and JESSIE looks over
behind to the exit and the figure and all of a sudden, the
friends could hear a humming noise even though no one was near
them.

TYLER
You guys can hear that can’t you?

THE others nod yes but stayed silent from the shock.

JESSIE
Guys get your things we need to find a way out.

TYLER
I’m down with that, I did not use an offering to die here.

JESSIE
Really a dead by daylight joke

TYLER
What it seemed fitting seeing as we are all about to get moried.

JESSIE
TY!!!!

DANNI
Stop it and let’s get out of here. Jessie you can defend yourself
you go one way and well go another way
 JESSIE
Have you never seen any horror film ever the person alone always
dies first?

DANNI
Yeah exactly you go die first letting me and Tyler able to get
out.

JESSIE
Danni are you genuinely being serious right now we are being
hunted by someone in a bloody bunny mask why would you say
something like that. Let’s just focus on escaping together okay.

TYLER
Sorry Danni but that was uncool for I’m with her let’s get out
together.

DANNI stands frustrated with the current situation she looks over
to the exit gate and the figure has vanished

DANNI
Jessie the figure has gone

JESSIE looks over and she realises it’s gone then she here’s a
stick snap from the opposite side

JESSIE
Seriously guys don’t move I’m trying to see if I can spot it

TYLER
Jessie that wasn’t us

JESSIE looks over at them and she couldn’t see anything so she
uses her phone torch and the figure is right there.

JESSIE
Guys when I say run, run

JESSIE picks up a stone of the floor and gets ready to throw it

JESSIE
Run!!

DANNI and TYLER Run for it they disappear off camera JESSIE
throws the rock and turns and runs She is filmed running and then
the humming noise plays and gets louder as she continues running
 in the way she’s going so she changes direction and runs further
in to the place the guys were. The humming stops suddenly and she
stops to take a break. It switches to DANNI and TYLER We see the
two sitting in panic. Then they can here the humming and freak
out.

TYLER
Don’t expect me to jump in front of whatever it is for you if
it’s after you I’m getting the fudge out of here

DANNI
Wow such a nice boyfriend, don’t expect any pictures from me for
a while then.

TYLER
Really gonna use that one on me I see how it is okay you got me.
Also, are we not going to pay any attention to that humming
noise?

DANNI
I know we are probably both gonna die so no not really.

TYLER
At least my last sight will be you.

JESSIE
GUYS!

JESSIE appears and she seems to have been running a lot.

DANNI
You scared us jeez

JESSIE
There’s no time for that I’ve been running the figure around for
like 5 minutes and it’s coming this way.

The guys get up and try to find a way out. The humming starts
again and the guys freak out. They start to believe it’s the end
of them now.

Camera goes towards a dead body and moves towards its hand and
when zoomed in on the hand it moves slightly then cuts back to
the others.
 JESSIE, DANNI and TYLER are all in a state of panic. They can’t
figure a way to escape this place. DANNI hugs TYLER and JESSIE
sits on the floor.

JESSIE
I wish Dylan was here would make it so much easier for me.

TYLER hugs JESSIE to give her some comfort.

TYLER
I miss him to JESS. Wait!!! I got an idea it’s gonna sound crazy
but it might be our best shot of getting out alive.

JESSIE
What is it tell us?!

TYLER
So you know that figure likes to throw its weapon what if we got
it to through it but then its left defenceless so if one of us
can get behind it once it’s been thrown and the get it in some
kind of hold then I can grab its weapon and put an end to this
once and for all.

DANNI
No that’s too risky someone could get hurt.

JESSIE
It’s risky but I think we can pull it off. Its either we escape
together or die together if we die we might as well die trying.

TYLER
I’m with you on this Jess you put the figure in a hold of some
sort I’ll go grab its weapon once it’s thrown it and I’ll put an
end to it

JESSIE
Right if we are doing this we got to do it for Dylan he died
saving my life if he didn’t I wouldn’t be here now as well as him
so thank you Dylan I’ll look out for little jay for you.

TYLER
Yes thank you Dylan all these years you making me play video
games finally paying off cheers man ill tell your family what
happened here today

DANNI
Yes thanks Dylan
 JESSIE
That all you’re gonna say for him

DANNI

JESSIE
You’ve known him since nursey I think you should.

DANNI
Fine. Thanks Dill been great friends for a while you helped me
when I got low and you lead me to the love of my life so thank
you I’ll miss you.

JESSIE
Good right lets do this.

They put their hands in

ALL
For Dylan!

The humming begins again they look around for the figure and
DANNI gets a slight sight of it.

DANNI
Its over there.

TYLER
Then what’s that figure over there

They all look to where TYLER was looking and they could all see
another figure. They all here a snap from the figure behind them
the figures running at them so they run.

JESSIE
Guys keep running okay well do it no Danni you distract it okay
I’m going this way. I’ll see you when its done.

JESSIE runs to the left DANNI and TYLER look behind and the
figure is still chasing them. They stop and the figure stopped as
well.

TYLER
We have to get it to throw the axe.
 DANNI
COME ON GET ME!!

TYLER
I like your thinking
NO COME GET ME

DANNI
Tye no don’t im gonna take the hit here okay it has to be me.
Okay.

TYLER
Why does it have to be you?

DANNI
Tye im pregnant.

TYLER
WHAT!!

DANNI
I found out last week I didn’t want to tell you in case you left
me.

TYLER
I will never like you are never leaving me not like this anyway.

The figure takes aim and throws its weapon TYLER pushes DANNI out
of the way by jumping onto her and they both fall to the floor
unharmed. The weapon goes just behind them but they didn’t see
where.

TYLER
JESS NOW!!

JESSIE jumps out behind the killer kicks the back of one of its
knees making it go to one knee the she put it in a choke hold.

JESSIE
I got you now. What we are gonna do to you is for Dylan you
bitch.

DANNI and TYLER cant find the weapon so they then go to JESSIE
and THE FIGURE

TYLER
We got you now you son of a bitch.
 THE FIGURE
This isn’t going to work the four of your sacrifices are a must.

JESSIE
Theres only three of us left after what you did to DYLAN

THE FIGURE
Is there?

JESSIE
Wait are you saying he’s ali…

DYLAN jumps out with THE FIGURES weapon and stabs it through the
chest.

DYLAN
TAKE THAT BITCH.

JESSIE
Dylan your alive. How you died in my arms.

DYLAN
No I passed out from the pain

TYLER
You always were a bit of a wuss.

TYLER hugs DYLAN.

THE FIGURE
More will come to complete my mission your sacrifices must happen
in order too…

The figure becomes lifeless and JESSIE Drops it to the floor.

DYLAN
Lets see who it is under the mask.

DYLAN lifts the mask of its head and what he sees is truly
unexpected.

DYLAN
Jess why does it look like you.

JESSIE
IT doesn’t Dylan it looks like you
 DANNI
What are you guys on about it looks like Tyler.

TYLER
Danni it looks like you.

JESSIE
Wait tye you said that DANNI is the love of your life yeah what
if it takes the shape of the person you love most like we weren’t
all supposed to be together when it was unmasked it’s a trick.

DANNI
But you guys saw each other and you ain’t together.

DYLAN
Well Jessie said to me by the end of today she could have a new
boyfriend and erm now she does.

JESSIE
Wait really

DYLAN
I mean if you want

JESSIE is speechless all she can do is jump and hug him.

DANNI
Okay now if you two are done I would like to get out of here.

TYLER
Speaking of how do we get out of here

JESSIE
We have the rest of our lives to find it now and I am happy with
how mines looking. Come on guys lets get out of here.

TYLER, DANNI walk ahead and JESSIE and DYLAN stay behind. The two
go to kiss but then a humming is heard and the camera goes black.
