USER GUIDE FOR APTET

1. Go to http://aptet.cgg.gov.in

2. Click on “Application Submission”.

3. Click on the dialogue box (i.e., WELCOME TO ONLINE APPLICATION)

4. Confirm the next dialogue box (i.e., Fields marked with ‘*’ are
compulsory)

5. Enter your Journal Number issued by Aponline, the date of payment

of fee and Date of birth.

6. At the field ‘Attach your latest photograph’ Click on Browse button and
attach the candidate’s photograph and signature stored on the local
machine.
Tick the declaration and enter the verification code.
Press Upload.
Verification code is case sensitive.

7. Once you hit the UPLOAD button you will be directed to the following
screen. Please read the User Guide and Information Bulletin and tick the
check box (Declaration 1).

8. Select your preferred Exam Centre from the given drop down box.

9. i) The Name of Applicant will be filled in automatically as submitted

by the candidate during payment of fee through AP online. However,
the candidate may edit the name if necessary.

ii) Fill in Father’s name and Mother’s name. Only Letters and spaces
will be allowed.

iii) Date of birth and Age as on 01-07-2011 will be filled in

automatically as submitted at AP Online and it is not editable.

iv) Select your Gender and community.

10. If you are Differently Abled (PH) click on ‘YES’ and the following screen
will be shown. If you are not Differently Abled (PH) click ‘No’. If you click
‘Yes’ 8a. will be displayed.

11. After selecting the Type of Handicap also select the % of Handicap. In
case of Visually Handicapped, whether Scribe required or not should be
indicated.

12. Next the Papers you are applying for should be selected. If Paper - 1 is
selected the following screen appears. Select the Language I you wish to
offer. Your question paper medium will be shown automatically based on
the Language I offered by you at 9a.

13. The following are the required qualifications for Paper -1. Select the
qualification you possess

If PAPER- 2 is selected the following screen appears. Select the Language I you
wish to offer. Your question paper medium will be shown automatically based on
the Language I offered by you at 9a.

The following are the required qualifications for PAPER-2. Select the qualification
you possess.

If PAPER-1 & PAPER-2 are selected the following screen appears. Select the
Language I you wish to offer for both the papers. Your question paper medium
will be shown automatically based on the Language I offered by you at 9a.

Select the qualification you possess for both the papers separately.

14. If you are appearing for Paper-II or Both this screen will appear. Click
the subject you opt.

15. Please type your identification marks as given in your SSC or its equivalent
certificate. If you have only one identification mark in the certificate type
in the second row as ‘only one is available’. Select the district and
mandals from the given list. Mobile number will be automatically filled in
as submitted by you at APONLINE.

16. Read the declaration given and tick the check box. Check the details you
have filled in and click on the preview button.

17. The following screen is displayed by the browser once you hit the
PREVIEW button.

18. If you find any information incorrect hit the EDIT button and correct them.
If everything is OK then hit the SUBMIT button.

19. On hitting the SUBMIT button you will be asked to download the
application form with unique Reference ID Number.
