Innovative Leadership
Winning Skills for You and Your Team
Program Overview. Fast-evolving markets and heightened competition are the norms
in today’s global economy, were very few companies, and their results, stand out. This
competitive advantage often results not from the most ingenious product design, the
best marketing strategy, or state-of-the-art production technology, but rather from the
effective leadership of a company. Whilst many organizations recognize the importance
of managing their work force effectively, it is alarming how often firms and managers
fail to do so.
What is more, many organizations are now replacing traditional pyramidal and hierar-
chical organizational structures with flatter managerial models. Under these circum-
stances, teams are becoming the principal axis around which most processes pivot.
Therefore, the success of an executive lies in his or her capacity to develop and lead
herself and her team effectively.
Program Objectives. Innovative Leadership examines the most relevant and up-to-
date leadership practices and provides participants with the tools and techniques
needed to improve their leadership skills and those of their organization.
Throughout this program participants will develop a sound understanding of how to:
• Acquire a global outlook and the ability to lead across culturally complex organiza-
tions.
• Motivate and generate enthusiasm in your teams.
• Develop the political competencies needed to become increasingly successful
leaders.
• Learn the effects of social networks on individuals and firms.
• Understand power and influence in organizations and how it affects leadership
styles.
• Practice and develop the principle coaching methods and skills needed to fulfill
development and performance objectives.
• Awaken the creative potential and winning spirit of an organization.
• Increase self-awareness of key aspects of their personality and leadership prefer-
ences through the use of personal testing and assessment.
• Create an action plan for self-improvement, and set goals to enhance strategic
personal and organizational leadership.
